I had ordered Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM and paid Rs. 663.91using my bhim app to the razorpay payment id

I had ordered elite gaming chair on 3rd march 2021 through pblifestyle.com based on facebook advertisement and payment made through my google pay account rs. 663.91 and it processed and i got msg to my mobile as "rs 663.91 debited from a/c *1891 on 03-03-21 to vpa razor. Pay¡sbi (Upi ref no[protected]. Not you? Call on [protected] to report"

Pb lifestyle company also sent reply mail as"order #14458br...

I had ordered through PBLIFESTYLE.COM by viewing an ad on Facebook and payment made through Razorpay on 26.02.2021.I have not received the chair nor the money refund.

When I tried to view the ad in FB it has been removed and looks like they are cheating many people in fb.

I need my money back.Please guide me further....

IB have ordered an Elite Gaming Chair through PBLIFESTYLE.COM based on Facebook advertisement with the 9order number 7334.
I haven't got any response from them and today when i called the customer care number they said my order has been cancelled but my money of 663 rs was not refunded.

When i asked about my refund process they are asking my phone pay or google pay number and asking for an OTP. I...
