PC is pathetic in terms of customer support. From 2017 till now I am a prominent customer with PCJ but I get in return is unexpected. I went to their store in RDC to exchange my diamond ring but they denied bcoz the bill is not with me. However I explain them the problem that I lost my bill there is no body in PCJ who will help customer. They are just harassing by saying aap mail sent mail pr hi revert aayga and mail jo revert aata usme aap s bill number puch rhe agar mre bill number hota toh bill bhi toh hota.
And they are not answering my mails and even cutting my calls immediately after listening my voice Was this information helpful? |
