My 1 lac worth of money is stuck with them because they are refusing to refund it....

Pc jewellers are not refunding my money in return of the articles purchased by them. Their staff is abusive and they are denying return. My 1 lac worth money is stuck with them.

I bought diamond bangles from PC Jewellers in 2021 and as per the policy documented at https://www.pcjeweller.com/customer-support.html they are expected to provide 90% of the diamond jewelry's value excluding GST. When I reached out to them on the store, they said they can not provide that. This is against the policy and I have dropped an email to them asking for the resolution.

As per PCJ policy they must take the jewellery and return the amount but now they are denying it.

I have online ordered a ring from pc jewelleres on 9th jan 2023 and at the time of ordering it showing estimated delivery date 21st jan 2023 but as on date its not delivered and while i am trying to connect with them through chat support, their helpline number and mail id than anyone from their side not reverting on chat/mail and mobile numbers also.

I purchased jwellery set and bangles 8 years back i visited store 3 times store manager tried enforcing to sell jwellery at 90% of invoice value but didnt shared current value even after multiple follow ups this person is real fraudsters why customers are forced to sell at 90% of invoice value after 8 years of purchase even on bill its mentioned that customers cango for current valuation but there staff is trained to cheat customers really shameless act pathetic experience

I sold my online gold on 27th Nov and the amount is still not credited to my account. I called multiple times in customer care then they pretended to have many issues and disconnected the call and I didnt get back any call or email regarding my issue.

I also dropped my concern through email([protected]@pcjeweller.com, [protected]@pcjeweller.com) but no reply yet even after 19 days.

When I sold my gold, a message popped up that "Amount will be credited within 2 days" but now no one is answering and listening to me as it already has been more than 19 days.

I had bought 4 rings from PC jeweller, out of which I sold 2 rings to them after a few days, according to procedure they gave me a slip which mentions that money will come in 15 days in ur account. Today it's been 38 days no money came and no response from them in a good way and I had sold the ring out of compulsion I have to pay school fees of my kids Please help me out of this situations ASAP as m attaching that refund slip which they given to me

I purchased a diamond ring with 14K gold on 3/12/2016 from P.C Jeweller South Extension.

Now on 9/8/2022 I again visited the PC jeweller south extension for the resale of the same, and now they provided me with a very low estimate for the diamond ring.

Here is their Calculation they have written it on the bill itself.

Purchased value = 62, 526
90% = 56273
Missing diamond = 3600
of 0.06Ct
some other = 25
charges

Final exchange =[protected]+25)= Rs. 52648
value

This Value estimated by them is very low and itself clearly VOID the Terms and conditions of Buyback policy mentioned on the back side of the Original Bill.

According to the terms and conditions mentioned on the back side of the original Bill, you're supposed to buy back the DIAMOND at 90% of prevailing market rate and GOLD at 98% of the prevailing rate.
Now as they deduct the Rs. 3600 for the missing 0.06ct that makes the prevailing rate of Rs.60000 per carat of Diamond.

Now the Actual Calculation according to the terms and conditions on back side of original bill and prevailing value of Gold and Diamond

Net Diamonds at present = 1.00Ct
Value of 1Ct @ 60000 = 60000
90% of diamond value = 54000
14K Gold = 4.316gm
Value @ 3600/gm = 15537.6
Value @ 98% = 15226.84
Total Value = 54000+15226.82= 69226.84

I was purchased a diamond ring at the rs . Of 6300. Now I have exchange the ring. They have given 90 percentage of old rate instead current rate.

Its to inform you that i have bought 3 items from the PC jewellers, kingsway camp Hudson lane in October 2019.
The item is now damaged so i went to them to exchange and to buy new one, my only fault is that i dont have a original bill with me as its misplaced in a family casualty.
I have the authentication card issued by them where the details along with picture clearly mentioned, not original bill but details provided by them are available with me, everything is available with me but they denied to replace without bill & now continuously asking to wait & wait. I have mailed them so many times no revert, the customer care executive are so rude in behavior.
I have bought this item by paying the entire amount along with gst.
The company must be having the bill details but they are just denying & harrasing me & my husband

As per the policy on the website, the payment timeline is 2 days and I have not received the payment yet.

I have written to helpdesk via email, they have confirmed taht payment will remit by May 26, 2022 yet the payment has not come into my account.
Please resolve the issue at earliest.
Also, I need the Interest for the default period, as due to them am defaluting for the payment to the third party and have to make payment to them with the Interest.

main issue is they deposit the phones of their employees and not allowing the gate pass in a verry troubble situation
if the call is done on a branch number then they didn’t forward a call to a employee in a trouble situation also
kindly take a action as much as fast be possible against the branch manager and against their rules from which the common man suffers daily

I purchased a product from them with guarentee of free repair lifetime but now they are refusing and asking for original bill even jewellery has there own code embedded on jewellery

PC is pathetic in terms of customer support. From 2017 till now I am a prominent customer with PCJ but I get in return is unexpected. I went to their store in RDC to exchange my diamond ring but they denied bcoz the bill is not with me. However I explain them the problem that I lost my bill there is no body in PCJ who will help customer. They are just harassing by saying aap mail sent mail pr hi revert aayga and mail jo revert aata usme aap s bill number puch rhe agar mre bill number hota toh bill bhi toh hota.
And they are not answering my mails and even cutting my calls immediately after listening my voice

I bought digital gold from the above mentioned pc jewellers website and i sold a part of it after a few days just to check the process but since i have written many emails and called them many times my amount has not yet been credited into my account and received no response from the company's end. Please resolve this issue as now i don't want any of my money in there so called "Digital Gold" I want to sell it all and i am not able to do so as if i try to sell rest of it says bank not verified to which previous they transferred my money to. this is very frustrating they do not even reply to the emails i send them.

I have ordered bracelet from PCJ Bhilai showroom.. Where I have got the worst, pathetic customer service from there side.. they have told different price rate at the time of placing order and we did full payment to them for the product.. after few days they call us and ask for more payment as later on they have increased the charges.. why will we pay the increased amount when we have booked the product on that day rate and offer..
Over this sales people of that showroom have no manners to talk to customer, they start argument with customer as if they are paying us..
This is my second worst experienced with PCJ.. after purchasing high amount product such brands are doing trust breaking behaviour.. I don't think they are any trust worthy..

I have purchased a gold ear ring weighted 4 gm on 15 march 2020. I had paid total sum of money as its price was. But that time the purchased ear ring found damage by their employee. The employee of pc jewellers Gaya took time for a month for new next delivery. I have visited there many times but day turmoiled us and pretended us with many arguments regarding bringing fresh ear ring. Recently the manager of pc jewellers had taken time for a week but still i have not found it. so please give me resolution of it as soon as possible. My husband and I had purchased a gold chain from your store in Lucknow on 10th January. My husband's birthday is also in January, but none of your staff had informed us about the special birthday offer which you provide to your customers.We did not receive any birthday discount from the store. Neither we remembered it, not your staff informed it to us on 10th January.
Myself Anubha Prasad and my husband's name is Jagdish Prasad.

We invested in a monthly installment system for 10 months as they were giving a return of 55% on the first installment, they said that the principal amount can be taken in cash and you can buy anything from the interest amount.
Now they are backing away from their own saying and not letting us buy anything from the interest amount if we don't use the principal amount as well.
We previously invested in PCJ so many times but nothing like this ever happened and we invested in the same scheme from last two years and were buying gold from the interest amount and re-invested the principal amount in that scheme only.
Now they say the scheme has been changed but they did not informed us about it and made us reinvest in it keeping us in the dark.
They are also deducting 2% for card payment now after the scheme is completed and all installments are paid and they never told us about it well. They are making a complete fool out of their customers.

This complaint is regarding the inefficiency and the lack of baisc decency towards the customers. After making a purchase of Rs2000, and paying the amount via paytm, we were made to wait for more than 30 mins as they had some issue on their side. Even after showing the details of transaction made, we were asked wait a little more which turned out to be more than half an hr. We called for the 'manager' who dismissed the matter with a hands wave claiming that nothing could be done and all we had to do was wait. Not only were we disappointed by the lack of will to help the customers by the manager but were not treating in the way that is expected from a person at the post. The phone no of the manager is +[protected]. After waiting for more than half an hr we had to leave premises without the item of purchase or the money that had been credited from our account.

I purchased a diamond ring in the month of Sep 2017 and in the month of Feb 2020 one diamond dropped down from the ring. I went to PC Jeweller Noida Sector 18 UP for repair but after 1 month they said we cant repair it because one of the diamond in the ring is fake and the drop down diamond is orginal. We purchased the ring from Brand PCJ and during repair they are saying one of the diamond is fake it means during my purchase they gave me fake diamond ring and unfortunately i got to know when one of the diamond drop down and i went for repair. They sent for repair 2 times for service center but they refused to repair it. I want to raise a complaint against the company PC Jeweller Limited because they are selling fake product to customers and breaking customer trust. Ring is with the PC Jeweller from last 7 months now and they are refusing to repair. Please help me to raise a compliant against the company so that other customers not trapped like this.
