[Resolved]  PC Jewellers — Non-delivery of jewellery in spite of making whole payment due to faulty machine

Today, I, Krishna Chandra have purchased a set of necklace with ear rings work INR 70, 000/- from PCJ, Sector-14, Gurgaon. I made payment of Rs.50, 000 thru debit card. Payment of 50K processed and i got the sms immediately from my bank but in PCJ’s card swiping machine, print out does not come out and remaining payment done thru credit card with other machine. They did not deliver the jewellery to me saying that they are not sure whether they got the payment or not but payment of Rs. 50K processed from my saving account in spite of showing sms received by me from my bank. PCJ’s staff told me that delivery will happen only when they are sure about payment receipt of 50K and just provided an advance voucher. I have to gift this to my sister tomorrow in Lucknow. But I can't make it due to ridiculous behavior of PCJ’s staff. PCJ’s floor manager Poonam, counter clerk-Archana & Vijay Singh are very casual in their behavior and argumentative rather than taking interest in resolving my problem. I am not expecting all this humiliation at least from PCJ.
