I sold my online gold on 27th Nov and the amount is still not credited to my account. I called multiple times in customer care then they pretended to have many issues and disconnected the call and I didnt get back any call or email regarding my issue.
I also dropped my concern through email([protected]@pcjeweller.com, [protected]@pcjeweller.com) but no reply yet even after 19 days.
When I sold my gold, a message popped up that "Amount will be credited within 2 days" but now no one is answering and listening to me as it already has been more than 19 days. Was this information helpful? |
