My family purchased four set of bangles, a pair of earrings and a pair of bangles. Three items purchased from PCJ Hisar cracked after 6 months. Moreover the ear rings purchased in the month of Feb, 2015 got cracked after 4 months. I will recommend everyone not to buy anything from P C Jewelers. The bangles are broken like glass. I visited hisar PCJ and told them to replace the product, but they refused to retrun/repair the product.

I purchased a diamond earrings from PC jweller website...wearyourshine.com. There is pearl is also with diamond In this earring.. This pearl is artificial... I complaint on phone but still not any action from there side. Reallllly worst company PC JWELLEERs...

I am Very Disappoint by your Gurgaon Showroom, I Purchased almost 25-30 lacs times from your Showroom and your service and Sales team was good but your receptionist in your gurgaon showroom is very unmannered and illiterate because she use very high tone and abusive language with us on counter, she treat us like we are not important to you like she says (mam aisa hi hota h and aapko lena h to lo otherwise you can try next showroom) this is not the way to talk with customers, I will never suggest any of my friend or relative to buy with PC Jewellers, I don’t want to see your showroom again in future if you want to grow in this industry so please appoint a good receptionist in your showrooms, they are the first person who interact with customers- She has to be good looking She has to be Soft Spoken She has patience to listen Customers First Please appoint this kind of receptionists in your Showrooms to look after customers.

We had purchased a diamond ring from PC Jewellers, Preet Vihar Branch in Jan 2013, along with some other gold and diamond jewellery. It was an engagement ring, and costed about Rs. 40000. Mr Subodh who was posted as Manager there had helped us finalizing out jewellery. The ring proved to be defective and one of the diamonds fell-off inn first week itself. We had taken the ring to PC Jewellers, Preet Vihar and got the diamond re-fitted. But since it was a design flaw, within 15 days another diamond came-off. This time we went back and were asked to make payment for the re-fitting of the diamond, which we made (About Rs.[protected] and we also insisted that the design flaw should be removed. But within few months another diamond came-off and last month another one. We went back to PC Jewellers, Preet Vihar on 13 Dec 2014 and asked to meet Mr Subodh, who had helped us the first two times, but came to know that he was transferred. Now there was a Mr Saurabh who is the manager. When we explained the whole situation to him, he mentioned that 'ring ke kunday ghiss gaye hain', meaning the rings' diamond holders have worn off. Mr Saurabh greeted us with a lot of attitude and told us that this is not PC Jewellers' mistake. Even after repeatedly telling him that the 2 diamonds had fallen off in first month of buying the ring, hence its a design flaw and not related to wearing-off of the diamond holders, he was unwilling to accept the mistake and kept on harping that we can not help you. Finally he asked us to go back and bring the bills etc so that he can look into the history of the matter. Another customer standing beside, who had also visited for a similar complaint of diamond coming-off, heard it all, and came for our support. It was then, that Mr Saurabh took the ring and issued a repair receipt. When asked who is his boss, he mentioned, he is the manager and there is no-one above him at that branch. When asked about the phone numbers of the owners, he gave a Karol Bagh Corporate office number and mentioned that you wont be able to speak with the owners. (Again look at the attitude!!). Please help resolve.

I had purchased a chain from PC jeweller Rajouri Garden showroom, later I realised that it had two cuts on chain and it got broken within 1 month... Is this quality check of such a brand name that they sell defective items? Would never recommend PC jeweller to anyone.

Today, I, Krishna Chandra have purchased a set of necklace with ear rings work INR 70, 000/- from PCJ, Sector-14, Gurgaon. I made payment of Rs.50, 000 thru debit card. Payment of 50K processed and i got the sms immediately from my bank but in PCJ’s card swiping machine, print out does not come out and remaining payment done thru credit card with other machine. They did not deliver the jewellery to me saying that they are not sure whether...

Placed an order for a pair of earrings for my wedding from PCJ Bangalore. To say the least the screwed it up completely and then the piece they sold us, even that had poor and faulty workmanship.Very, Very unhappy. The behavior of the salepeople was also horrible -they clearly dont understand the sentiment behind a piece of bridal jewellery. My bad lucl - should have stuck to more trusted stores in bangalore like krishnaih chetty, where things...

We had a very bad experience with PC Jewellers Gurgaon as their behaviour is very bad and they provide poor quality products as well. We had purchased a small gold jewellery from Gurgaon PC Jewellers around 8 months back and it got into poor condition within 8 months. When we contacted them, they took the same for repair and confirmed that same will be repaired in 8 days. now even after 15 days, they have not repaired and above all, the response is very rude. We are really frustrated by their way of talking and response.

we have opted for a scheme for 12 months in which we had to deposit Rs 5000 per month in december 2013 and regularly deposited the above said amount upto july 2014( 8 installments). At the start of the scheme your reperesentative at rohtak branch gave us misleading information regarding purchase of itmens on completion of the scheme. A few days back we received a call saying the scheme is closed by RBI and you can get your amount back that you have deposited so far. After reaching your store we were told to purchase some gold or diamond items. When we selected a 22 carat gold ginni then they told us that we cant purchase a ginni in this scheme but at starting time they told us that we can buy anything we like. It is very unfortunate on your part that your employees are misleading the customers. When we asked them to refund our money that time also they refused to do so and told us that your money will be refunded only in form of cheque but when they are taking their payments in cash then how can you deny cash payments to your customers. Unfortunately, it is not the right thing to do and above all your branch is not giving any interest on the deposit that they used for 8 months and it is against the RBI norms. i bought 3 items from pcj Red square Market Hisar . in them there was a ring which had sharp corners. i returned that for repair and they returned me without repair. then again i went to pcj and complained, they took that back and 4 times they did so and without repair they returned me. but last time on 19 nov they commited me to returned me after repair on 23 nov. but when on 25 nov i went to take that back they said me we have sent that to Head Office Delhi and after 10 days it would come back. when i complaint to hisar staff they are saying this deal was not done by it was done by Rajesh, , rakesh, he did that i mean to say that anyone is not taking personal responsibility. what should i do... hello everybody ...as per me pc jeweller is cheating its member. at the time of making members for Jewell's for less scheme they told me that when i completed 12 month i can purchase jewellery with the discounts available at that time . and since i joined it before diwali so it is also completed next diwali .and at the time of purchase i can also get benefited of discounts available at that time...but just now i came to know that they keep their members out of this scheme. means if they want to purchase then members have to pay much more as comparative to other customers( non members) for the same ornaments .i do not understand the policy of pc Jewellers..last year i also taken the same scheme with tanishq. but they give me benefits of all discount available at that time. my aim of writing this blog is to inform all that they should know before joining pcj membership. and i want to all pcj members to join this forum . and by unity o[censored]s we can take necessary proceeding towards pc jewellers.....thanks

We have purchased a my engagement diamond ring worth Rs. 18700/- in May 2011. After two months its 2 diamonds from the ring have come out. Since i was posted in Mumbai so i have given this for checkup slightly late when i came to Faridabad.

Then we were shocked after seeing their customer service at their outlets. They were so rude and not listening at all . We thought that we had done some mistake after visiting there.

They have no manner and no hospitality at all. They don't know how to talk to customer if he/she has come with any complaint. Instead they only knows when the customer comes how to tackle and sell their products immediately.

The, somehow i conveyed my problem to one of the lady who was not listening at all at the helpdesk. Within five minutes, she packed the ring and made the receipt of collecting ring. There were no service charges mentioned on the receipt, neither she told anything.

Suddenly after one week, they called us about the ring repair and asked for Rs. 850/- for repair charges. We were shocked because they didn’t aware us about such charges. Also we were shocked from the very beginning, that diamonds got loosened from the ring even after handling the ring very delicately and carefully.

Then after 2 months they called us again to collect the ring from the outlet so we went there to collect the same and lastly we had to pay the repair charges.

In the case of jewellery, the local jewellers are the best as compare to this kind of renowned jewellery retailer, at least they listen and they repair and gives the really genuine thing upto some extent.

We know around 5000 contacts to whom i want to recommend to not to choose PC JEWELLERS product. Through this forum i want to convey more people to not to choose pc jewelers at all. It will be total waste of money, time and energy if their products would get purchased.

And I want an answer from PC Jewelers that how the valuable stones like diamond got fallen from gold ring. And if I have to pay for the repairing of the same ring again and again, then in the coming few months the ring costs will reach doubled and even more than that., which is very ridiculous.

PC Jewelers in panchkula sector 14 is a perfect example of poor customer service.. The staff is very rude and dont even have the manners of how to talk to customers. I was very much surprised of how such a repoted brand in jewellery sector can provide such a bad service to it's previledge customers... Not much variety coupled with poor customer service will certainly lead to the spoiling the brand image of it..

I have done purchasing of a pukraj ring of rs. 64000/- from pc jwellers gurgaon, at that time of purchase they comitted me that whenever i will return i will get 90% of the amount but when i went after 60 days there they told me that cost of the stone is zero they r cheating with the people on the name of jemstones , i advise u please dont purchase any thing from these cheaters & fraud peopls PC JEWELLERS
