I have ordered bracelet from PCJ Bhilai showroom.. Where I have got the worst, pathetic customer service from there side.. they have told different price rate at the time of placing order and we did full payment to them for the product.. after few days they call us and ask for more payment as later on they have increased the charges.. why will we pay the increased amount when we have booked the product on that day rate and offer..
Over this sales people of that showroom have no manners to talk to customer, they start argument with customer as if they are paying us..
This is my second worst experienced with PCJ.. after purchasing high amount product such brands are doing trust breaking behaviour.. I don't think they are any trust worthy.. Was this information helpful? |
