I have purchased a gold ear ring weighted 4 gm on 15 march 2020. I had paid total sum of money as its price was. But that time the purchased ear ring found damage by their employee. The employee of pc jewellers Gaya took time for a month for new next delivery. I have visited there many times but day turmoiled us and pretended us with many arguments regarding bringing fresh ear ring. Recently the manager of pc jewellers had taken time for a week but still i have not found it. so please give me resolution of it as soon as possible. Receipt Voucher is also attached here for your reference. Please find it and do the needful.
