I approached PCMC thergaon to remove my husband's name from property tax and just keep mine now as he is expired on 17th May due to COVID. Although my name is already there as we have joint account, but that guy was asking for succession certificate. Kindly help me as there is no nominee on our aggreement and I have 1.5years daughter as well....

My self mohsin living in Gulmoher appartment, hind Chowk, Vishal nager, Pimple Nilakh, pimpri chinchwad, pune-411027 my house there is no proper drainage system and the drainage is blocked water from author house is floating on raod in front of my house. There is no proper way for drainage water to flow. I have registered so many complaints but no one taken any action. There are kids in my street. So please take proper action...

Found few patients of dengue and chiken guniya in our area, mosquito also increases, require phogging...

I had applied for property tax name change in property tax department thergaon on date 18/01/2020, till date it is pending. I had complained for same in pcmc, but no response.

I am requesting you please look into it and do the needful.

If not please wave of my property tax till the name was not change.

Mechanical Workshops in LaneNo 2 in Munjoba Nagar, Wakad, creates lot of noise....

Here digging sound started since 4-5 days rapidly in early morning 5 am till night
It's really unbearable
Our work from home is going on

Samarth Nagar dighi non operational street lights (yes more than one not working).. making it totally dark at night and houses susceptible to robbery. Already one robbery done in May'21. a big area covering many houses are in dark.

Day by day it is increasing and we are facing problems for the same.
Request you to please, look into it on priority and solve the same as it is becoming difficult for us to reside under such unhygienic conditions....

Whenever there is rain then water logging happens on newly constructed road in Dighi.

This is infront of Aurum Vrundavan society gate.

When there is no rain water stays for couple of days as is. during this mansoon season I can see water daily.

Please look into it.

I stay in Epitome by Kasturi, Kalakhadak Rd, Wakad. Two workshop behind my building makes too much noise day long. Too much trouble for us and disturbance in our day to day work....

My self and family we going for vaccination, tapkir Chowk ledy officer Mrs Renuka Suryawanshi his stop my car and demanding money for four passenger seat my vehicle, but I have no guide lines for four wheeler in pcmc, yes his miss behaving in my mother and sister

Officer fine car for insurance not valid

But my insurance is valid but third party, I respect lady officer but his speaking...

"DP road Gaikwad Nagar Punawale" is worst nowadays. Can't even walk is possible. Requested you to please repair road as soon as possible.

Even after repeated reminder, no body is cleaning garbage in front of my house. Branches and leaves are lying on road. Please make it clean....

I have applied for name change on my property tax after gift deed to PCMC property tax office one month back.
