Sir/Madam,
As we are facing problem since earlier, as every now and then an accidents occurs on the road due to the parking done on the road of cars and trucks. Also traffic is increasing day by day. Due to that we are also not been able to drive out our vehicle outside the gate.
As special tempo no - MH 14 FT 1843, we are requesting them to park the vehicle in their premises but he is not at all listening and purposely parks the vehicle hafazardly, due to which traffic increases and also probability of accident increases.
As a result this may cause a major accident in our lane.
Therefore please look into this matter and resolve it.

There is an internal road at pimple saudagar near lotus hospital called shiv sai lane. There is government road construction work going on more than a road due to which road is already shrinked and makes less space fot vehicles to commute causing minor accidents regularly. Inspite of this work four wheeler vehicles are just coming and parking vehicles randomly which doesn't rven leave enough space for one car to pass making commute worsen. Request your team to please come and investigate once and start putting jammers for this illegal parking happening on daily basis.

Drainage broken in Snehal appartment from past 3 days in my area(Manik Colony). No action taken by society. Drainage water is flowing on road and people are feeling uneasy due to wastage water. KINDLY TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I'm writing on behalf of resident of royal rahadgi Shivraj Nagar Rahatni. There Re almost 200 plus flats in our society and around 500 plus flats bin near by societies. We are having one common road towards konkane chowk, which goes via Shivraj Nagar. This road is very narrow and lots of illegal construction are present on this road. BRT or ring road is going on from kokane chowk towards park royal since past 5 yrs. All the local gundas and politician are involved in illegal construction and having illegal properties on this road. Due to which no progress on this road. It's very difficult for around 500 plus Flat owners to drive or walk through this narrow road.we all want quick solution. Just 200 meters work is pending. We all appeal government to look into the matter ASAP.

In the evening time at Bharat mata chowk, nadhe nagar, kalewadi many of them illegaly starts selling vegetable on the street. Because of which we the locals are facing lots of troble like traffic, sound pollution and more. No one from gov is interested to take action. It is humble request please take some action and solve the issue.

Am I supposed to not sleep at all pcmc?
One of the richest municipalities in India and y'all can't even control the stray dog population.
I have been complaining since the last three months about not being able to sleep because the stray dogs bark all night and what have y'all done?
Am I just not supposed to sleep? Is that it?
I don't even get 4 hours of sleep a day because yall can't spay dogs. Should I give up on sleeping? Shoukd I just stop sleeping? 3 months. I haven't slept well for a single day in the last three months. The fact that I'm not even able to get a good night's rest in one of the largest metropolitan cities in India is shameful.and embarassing.

Please let me sleep!

I have purchase flat on Jan 2017 in sonigara excluzee society.
In next year rain water leakage has started and it directly comes to room. Taken multiple follow up's with builder many times but did'nt get any response. it damage my furniture and wall paint.
Kindly do the needful.

I am a resident of the Home No.57, Maheshnagar Pimpri (Near Royal bakery)Pune 411018; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. They run towards motorbike which leads to many accidents in the area.People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who has night shifts facing the worst situation.

I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.

Dear Sir,

With too much of tolerence I am writing this letter to you. But I am unable to bear the smell anymore and it has started affecting my health adversely.

I live in Flat B-202, Aureate Cooperative Housing Society next to Planet Millenium Society, Pimple Saudagar. The issue is about bad smell eminating from Planet Millenium composte plant.

I had approached Planet Millenium Society by below means:

1. Written complaint in their office
2. Tried to convey the issue through our society chairman Mr. Sunil Nirantar
3. Spoke to Planet Millenium secretary Mr. Sethi directly
4. Spoke to Mr. Chinnawara who manages the composte plant
5. Spoke to Ganesh who is the supervisor of the plant

They always assure that they will put chemical and the smell will go away.

In spite of all the above effort I'm still facing bad smell as it is right next to my apartment. I cant go elsewhere.

Request you to kindly take action and stop the functioning of the plant.

Tree branches are coming inside our compound wall. Most of the time branches breaks and fall inside our compound. Leaves are also falling in our premises daily. This is dangerous and harmful to somebody's life.
Kindly remove branches as soon as possible.

Silverland Phase 1 society water body in play area is not cleaned sinch last two minths. Mosquito are increased.

I have an complain regarding presence of
a huge potholes at the entrance of the colony. Construction debires are dumped above the pothole ie tiles peices etc.
Kindly help the colony people by tarring the road as it is causing difficulties to drive vehicle.

Again this is to inform that Since last Two Months, it has been observed that the surrounding people of Sr. No. 36, Military Ground, Pimple Saudagar, Pune -411027 are throwing unhygienic things and excreting boar water on the Road. so Causing illness through Mosquito and Fly insect.
and allready discusses and talk to Mr.Makar And Mr. Saudai Sir .
So, please take action & do needful.

Request your help for Nivrutti Heights, Moshi suffering Customers due to incomplete construction work not done by Builder till date 08 Nov. 2020. Major incomplete Construction work pending from more than 3.5 Yrs. We are paid all amount to Builder in Yr. 2019 as per his Commitment to complete work within 3 Months but till date not complete. Builder also gives false commitments to PCMC Officers as well as Flat owners and till date 08 Nov 2020 not follow Builder his commitment to Completed Pending construction work including Building wall as well as B wing Fifth Floor Terrace waterproofing work. PCMC officer also visit in our Nivrutti Heights site in April 2019 and give two months time period to Builder for Complete all pending work but till date 08 Nov. 2020 most major Construction work including building Terrace and wall water proofing work (Major water leakages in Every Rainy season generated cracks on wall and roof, Paint damages, Rusty slab steel material due to oxidation through water and reduces structural life), Unsafe and temporary construction and other work in B Wing above fifth floor in Nivrutti Heights, Jogging Track, Lift not working, Sufficient water facility, Sufficient solar systems, Covered Car parking physical allocation to customers, RCC Water storage tank (Builder provided Plastic water storage temporary water storage facility instead of RCC Water storage tank), RCC Canopy instead of Sheet metal canopy above fifth floor Terrace which is temporary sheet metal canopy and unsafe for Flat owners etc incomplete construction work not Complete by Builder till date. Incomplete Construction work file with photos attached for your reference. Please do needful and help for our Society suffering flat owners due to incomplete construction work. Please do needful. Waiting for your positive response. Required to Inspect in B wing above Fifth Floor Terrace unsafe and incomplete construction work including non water prrof Terrace and Building. Please do needful and Confirm.
