Our society garbage not picked from many days. We tried to call the van drive r but he did not respond. Pleasr instruct the garbage collector to pick up garbage pn regular basis.. He often skips coming to our society as it s located at the dead end of the road

Hello sir/ maam,
My name is chaitali shinde. I live in jyotibanagar, kalewadi, pimpri - 17. Me and my family are suffering a extreme trouble from our neighbor mr. Mahadu borkar who had illegally constructed a shed in front of my house blocking the enter to my front door. We are suffering health issues as not adequate sunlight reaches the house. Its getting suffocated due to no proper ventilation. Summer has became even extreme as the metal shed heats up during afternoon radiating heat.
With this shed they have blocked our front door and windows of my another neighbor mrs manisha sasane who stays next door, thus no space around ours houses are left free to move. Both the families are facing extreme health issues and things can even worse during rainy season, as there is no outlet for water and possibility for water to stagnant might lead to mosquitoes to grow in the area leading to dengue and malaria.
We already have complaint regarding the same issue in "department - building permission and unauthorized construction control department" but no such action was taken.in fact we were humiliated, neglected and threatened by the authority.
Its a kind request to please look after the issue, as it is a serious matter regarding health of both the families. I hope this will be considered. Looking forward for a positive and quick action from your side.

Re: water bill customer id 5928.
After affixing new water meters in our home by pcmc water bill received dated 25/7/2018 & 14/10/2018 are of rs 1217 & rs. 832.
Before 25/7/2018, my water bill received around rs 150/- per quarter. Also from 10/2018, 1/1/2019 my water bill received rs. 252/- & rs 214/- per quarter only.
Hence water bill received during 25/7/2018 & 14/10/2018 are very high. Which is not justified.
Therefore i have submitted my grivences in writing on 15/10/2018 to prabhag a water deptt. But since then also heavy amount charged for these quarters are not get reviewed and penalty is too charged on 1/4/2019.
Sir through this complaint i am expecting your positive consideration of my grievances and hoping that bill get reduced with average logic system.

विशाल नगर, पिंपळे निलख भाग हा सध्या मोठ्या प्रमाणात विकसित होत आहे. नवीन डी.पी.रोड हा त्याचाच भाग असून येथे नागरिकांना चालण्यासाठी फुटपाथ बनविलेले आहेत. परतू बनविलेले सर्व फुटपाथ हे वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारे गिळंकृत केले आहेत. हॉटेल धारक / रेस्टौरेंट बार धारक याचा वापर सर्रास दोन चाकी व चार चाकी वाहनाच्या पार्किंग साठी करतात. रेस्टो - बार च्या बाहेरील केलेल्या पार्किंग मध्ये अनेक तरुण घोळका करून फुटपाटच्या मध्येच उभे असतात त्यामुळे येथून महिलांना जाण्यास असुविधा होत आहे. या सोबतच अनेक छोटे मोठे स्टॉल धारक, भाजी विक्रेते, दुकानदार हे सर्व वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारे सपूर्ण फुटपाथचा वापर करतात त्यामुळे नागरीकांना, ज्येष्ठ नागरिकांना जीव मुठीत घेवून रस्त्यावरून चालावे लागते. परिणामी येथे नेहमी छोटे मोठे अपघात होत असतात. प्रशासना तर्फे त्वरित याची नोंद घ्यावी व योग्य ती कायदेशीर कारवाई त्वरित करावी ही एक.नागरिक म्हणून आपणास विनंती.

I would like to report following issues around kalpataru estate, pimple gurav

1. Mosquitoes breeding grown due to river conditions, are causing health hazard.

2. Metro fabrication work is going on near our residential area, without safeguarding residential areas, causing dust allergy and kids are suffering

3. Please clean the river flowing nearby to the society to remove water hyacinth, it could be root cause for mosquito breeding

There is lots of old construction materials dumped on the roadside opposite suvidha park 2& suvidha park 3.
This is unhygenic and helps mosquitoes breeding.
Request area be cleared and levelled so that we can plant trees to increase green cover.

Am one among the residents of bhikam kate chawl (Kasarwadi, nashik phata pune 411031) where the pcmc toilet for the public. Near to that there are multiple drainages which that the drainage system is blocked and reversed.
Full bad smell could not control that smell please take immediate action.
I request you to please action on priority to get this cleaned as all dirty drainage is coming on the road. Your earliest response will be highly appreciated

There are too many street dogs found in our locality. One dog has also bitten a person riding scooter. These dogs come barking behind kids and trespassers. It's extremely dangerous for the local public. Also there is a children's park opposite to our building, it's very unsafe because of these dogs. Also the group of dogs bark together at night and creates disturbance.
Request your immediate attention. Please arrange to pick up these stray dogs.

Every night street dogs are making noise whole night lead to disturbance of sleep.

This is serious issue any many flat owners are suffering
Many complaints have done but no action taken

Respected sir i am facing terrible issue of the construction waste and garbage been dumped by a tractor no mh12 bb4173 at an open plot opposite bank of maharashtra indriyani sector no 2, this tractor s been using this place to dump all the construction waste and garbage around the area, even after telling him about the sign board warning by pcmc department he seams not to b worried of the health issues caused by the garbage
Hence please do the need ful as son as possible by stopping him doing this and also make some provision of lifting all this construction waste

I request you to check the illegal water connections which are used without paying the water bills ie without meter. It makes huge loss of water and revenue to gov. The public servant of water department who checks illegal direct motor connection to main pipeline is taking bribe who found guilty rather than punishing. I request you to take strict action against them. Directly doubled the fine amount to guilty ones. They dnt knw the importance of water. Please taught them a lesson. I hope there will be atleast one honest officer who will understand the shortage of water and will take action against them. Its my humble request. Many people are facing trouble due to the illegal water consumers. Please check the entire water pipeline conmections. Few people have legal and hidden illegal water connection. Please think and work on it. Thank you.

There is no update from government and local corporate about no water for 2 days how we can servive will vote negative for being smart citi as we not get properly infrastructure basic needs not upto marks
Nigdi gaonthan having illegal water connection and illegal construction special behind maruti mandir but no action was take by government
And no one checks
Is this way it going to be smart city

Hope infrastructure will improve if such illegal things cut down

I am a resident of sai platinum society pimple saudagar 411027. There are a number of citizens are facing a lot of problems because of dogs near and around this area. There are a number of dogs who barks whole night as many citizens are facing these kind of noises all the time day and night.

Also the major issue is citizens who lived in this area are not able to go outside the societies as dogs follows the vehicles and persons on the road and attacks on them.

None of them are not pet and dont have owners to control them.

I request you to take necessary action on the street dogs otherwise it will be too late and accidents may happen because of these street dogs.

We have filed multiple complaints about save river. Some people's dumping garbage in indrayani river behind river residency and adding pollution in this area but no action from pcmc team.

We can't trust on any of the politician here now. Everyone just working for vote bank not for resident health. We need to dump garbage in front of pcmc office... This is the solution for now then only officers will realize the issues and challenges which we are facing.

We are not in safe hand.

Pls take serious action against hawkers opposite kate bungalow dapodi they create nuisance blocking road using bad language to citizens every day accident occur due to them they have no fear of law and order they also give trouble to shopkeeper they don't listen to anyone i think respected authority will take action against them and feel us safe and satisfied

Further to my first mail (23rd Jun 2016) seen below this e-mail I had received a reply from the Zonal Officer on 19th Sep 2016 that action would be taken.

Till now no action has been taken from PCNTDA or PCMC on the illegal structure constructed by HOTEL HAVELI, BHOSARI, on the fencing of Plot no 23, 24, 25, Sector 1, Indrayani Nagar, Bhosari.

The Hotel has started to throw garbage ( used condoms, liquor bottles, waste, food waste. etc) in our plot again and also there is lot of noise in the evening upto 10:00pm at night.

Plots 23, 24 and 25 are affected. I can provide another complaint with their signatures if that is required for actioning.

19/03/2019 : As of today they have again started concrete construction to the 4th level above the fencing.

Stray dogs are doing ###S in society premices every day. One of the tenent from suryodai society have bought these pets but after 6 months they have left thse dogs open on their own. Now these does come to our society and do ### on main gate every day.

Please take action again these dogs.

Hello team,
There are no traffic mirrors / convex mirrors installed at the brts entry and exist points to the grade separator which causes a high risk of accidents as the riders / drivers cannot see the buses approaching from the brts track. I have witnessed a lot of mishaps due to the same reason. Some of the entry and exists to the grade separator create a full blind spot where we are unable to see the passing vehicles.
Request you to please consider the same and help with the installation of such mirrors which will help the commuters to avoid such mishaps.

Complaint dated 17/03/2019. hi, my complaint is regarding disturbance caused by stray dogs in my area (nigdi pradhikaran sector 28, near prof ramkrishna more college). there are about 8-10 stray dogs who create a lot of disturbance and havoc in the area. they keep barking during midnight and also tend to attack any person passing by. it is really difficult for anyone to step out alone at night. they also attack the pets in our area. last night at 3.20am they killed a kitten who stayed in my surroundings. this incident was seen by me but till i could go and free the kitten from the jaws of the dog, he had already killed her. i am really frustrated and so is the case with all other people in our area. we need urgent action on this complaint so please look into this as soon as possible.
