There is a flood of illegal hawkers on datta mandir road, wakad. Foot paths on both sides of the road are full of illegal food vendors and other hawkers.
This is causing a lot of problem to the legal shop owners as their shops are hidden from the view. Also these illegal hawkers, who are obviously non tax payers, are able to sell products at dirt cheap price thus giving unfair competition to legal shop owners.

I am a legal shop owner on datta mandir road and pay all my taxes. Requesting you to log a complaint against the illegal hawkers and take urgent action. There has not been any drive to remove illegal hawkers in wakad in last few years. It will be good to have such drive to be fair to legal businesses on datta mandir road

Amount deducted from my bank account for customer id:51567 meter number - 1009871 for rs 589/- against water bill but, your system is not updated.

Still showing amount not paid and pending

Attend newale wasti chikhali, whole night after 11 o'clock till 7 o'clock morning, loud speaker with full volume in ganesh mandir, disturbing and unable to sleep.
Some strict rules should be made to not make heavy noises in sleeping hours.
It is very difficult for everyone including children and senior citizens.
Worship in tamples can be done without loud speakers.

Few cottage industries are set-up in green zone sensitive area in Pimprigaon
closer to river area.

These activities is doing tremendous harm to environment and people's health living near by area.

Mostly these activities are carried out during evening time so that they can hide these activities from the local people.

There is one option group id available online. Information about group ID is not available anywhere in that site. I tried many times to book but no information about group ID.
I would like to know how to create group id?Provide me option to create group id and let me book court online.

I am registering my complaint that our water pipe line connection is leakage at the point of connection from last 5 days. Daily so much water is waste and we are also short fall of water.
We cannot do the repair work with our private plumber therefore we request you to do the work at an earliest and avoid water wastage.

Sir from last one month pipe line is fully chokeup and all water has enter our house and no one is giving attention to this problem. Many time i have requested to change the pipeline they tell us there is no tender for this pipeline. So i request u to pls help, as now we are facing fever cough problem, pls take seriously before any casualty take place

Dear sir/madam,

We are resident of mi casa bella society.in front of our society there is a commercial construction work going on by a builder "shyama builders" due to which we residents are facing following issues.

1. He is using society residential road for parking his construction vehicles like tractors, mixtures, etc. Since past 1-2 weeks there are 2 tractors parked on the our roads due to which we are facing problem while walking or driving. Almost occupied more than half of our drive way. Please find the attached photographs for the same.

2. This builder has kept his labor camp inside the same premises and the toilet is built in the same area, due to toilet we are facing bad smell and also which is harmful for our health. Also mosquito's are increased due to which. And due to labor camp we residents are staying in a fear.

3. While his construction going they have broken and disconnected the wiring of our street lights and due to which we are staying in dark in the night and which is dangerous for us. He should repair the same.

Note: on above all 3 items we had verbal communication with builder multiple times to take care of all the complaints but there is no response from him.
Hence we are complaining through this channel to take appropriate action against him

4. One important and major issue we would like to notice you, without permission they broke our fencing wall and start digging activity just 4 meters away from our society ‘c’
Building which is very dangerous to our society building. We doubt that is according approved sanction plan. Please provide us actual sanction plan to cross verify this construction.


It is a security threat for ladies and kids on daily basis, also due to digging just nearer to building is very risky for us. We are hoping very strict action against this builder

We are having rental shop in kunal residency thergaon, pwawar nagar in a-2 building shop no. 2. Since last one week the draining is getting leaked and all dirty water is comming out of drainage and getting flowed in front of our shop. We have made complaint to society but not one is responding.

There are multiple illegal garbage dumps being created in hinjewadi phase 1, behind persistent office (Pg zone) resulting in the breeding of dengue mosquito.

In the recent past, many of my friends got affected by the disease. As it's obvious that it can spread really fast (As it is generated due to a virus), if you could please take the action fast and remove the unnecessary dump with spraying the required medication for removal of the mosquitoes. Also please fine those creating such dumpsites, so that it is not repeated.

Dear sir/madam,

I am living in haritshilp society, baliraj colony no. 2, rahatani, pcmc area. There is a group of dogs near my society area and they attack on the people walking on the road. My father got attached by one of the dog last week.

Kindly take action on this as early as possible as this is the only road by which we need to go to office, school etc. Also many small kids play on this road so it could be dangerous for them too.

Along with this, there are snakes found in the nala going nearby my society. Would appreciate if you can take some action on that as well.

In sector – 29 street dogs create many problems like mentioned below,

1) creating hazardous environment as all street dogs as well as privately pet (Dog) poop on the footpath where all human wondering. It is against the swachbharat abhiyan. So please catch those street dogs and circulate the notice to all society in this area where people use to have pet they have to take care of their own pet by not creating outside environment spoiling like this.
2) always attacking on the people who crossing the roads which might cause accidenet.

Hi. I stay in shanti colony b, vijaynagar. Kalewadi. My complain is about unnecessary cars getting parked in our colony leading to us finding difficult to remove our car as the other cars are parked in front of our house. The complain was raised earlier and the pcmc team took action but this has started again. We have also highlighted the concern to the owner. The cars are parked by people staying in other colony. Requesting your help to stop unnecessary parking as its disturbing the peace of our society

I would like to inform you that i have filed an application on 03/09/2018 at "g" kshetriya karayalaya thergaon, for the transfer of the above property in the name of abha jaiswal which was purchased by her from owner of the property mr. Sarjit singh and gurumeet kaur by vide sale deed dated deed no. 11608/2018.

I have filed copies of above referred sale deed and application along with no dues certificate, transfer fees, society's noc along with their id's on 03/09/2018 but despite of the long time no necessary changes has been done and the name of the previous owner is remain the same. Enclose herewith the payment receipt o transfer fees for your easy reference.

I hereby requesting you to please look in the matter urgently and do the needful.

The footpath from gaonbaba chowk/lic office corner to durga chowk is being reconstructed at present and rectangular cement blocks are being fitted between the road line and footpath line, say filling the joint. Previous footpath was aligned with the road but now the footpath is being raised to about 6 inches which would be an hurdle to park the two/four wheelers and or to park them in to the bungalows/homes. Hence, it is requested to sort out thisproblem immediately. Otherwise, concerned contractor will construct the new footpath and we residents would face the parking problem or to bring the vehicle in the bungalows.
2. Our suggestion is to maintain the level of footpath and road as one as before.

I am owner of shop d-19 in kunal plaza (D&e) cooperative housing society ltd.
Chinchwad station road, chinchwad, pune-19. Starting june 2017, i am facing water leakage, water seepage and water logging problem in my shop due to flat on upper floor owned by mr. Mehta.. Due to this water logging, my tenant is facing mosquitoes problem and it's hitting his health. Even after repeated oral and written complaints, mr. Mehta and society committee members are not taking any action and repair work is pending since june2017. Herewith request you to look into this matter as it not only damaging my property.. It is damaging structure of d building as well as hitting health issues for my tenant due to mosquitoes.

Dear sir/madam,
In, adiwasi girls hostel road indrayaninagr sector 3, bhosari has around 20 to 30 stray dogs and there has been 2 incidents of dog biting. There are around 4 major groups of dogs in this area which always attack the people walking on the street. It is no more safe to walk on or cycle on these roads.

Kindly take action on this as early as possible as many small kids play cycles on this road.
