Dear sir/madam,
I am resident of nakshatra phase 2 society, purna nagar, chinchwad, 411019. Water is logged in front of our society, since last few days and is not getting drained. This might lead to breeding of mosquitoes and an outbreak of dengue. Request to please look into and resolve asap. I am attaching the photographs of the same for reference.

There is a ground near d mart, the ground is open ground and in the same ground there are some brick manufacturing industry is going on, the labour workers works in this manufacturing industries in the ground, they normally go to toilet in the same ground, and in the same vicinity there are some residential buildings residential apartments, for which this open toilet becomes an health issue. We need to stop people toileting in open ground near the ravet d mart please do the needful at the earliest thank you

There is poor water supply in nisarg phase ii kaspate vasti wakad society since 20 th june. We ware getting 8 to 9 units per day as against 24 to25 units regular supply. Since 25 th june we are not getting even 3 units. We are in contact with mr tambe, mr kutwal, mr sable engineers from d division. Three is very poor response. There is big unrest among members. We request commissioner shri hardikar to look in to before it is too late. Chairman of the society

On 26th jun 2018, i paid property tax for bill no.[protected] online of rs 7709 and after successful completion and deduction from bank, web page not found error was given.
The site still shows pending property tax. I haven't received any communication on my e-mail id nor mobile. The payment was made through online payment gateway. The transaction details are as given below:

There are 3-4 street dogs entered in our society & disturbed at night

मी या आधी सुद्धा तक्रार करून अजूनही तक्रारींचे निरसन झालेले नाही. आमचा इथे रोज चेम्बर चोकअप होतात आणि त्याच सर्व पाणी नागरिकांचा घरामध्ये घुसते, याचा त्रास म्हणजे कॉलोनीतील तसेच परिसरातील नागरिकांना मलेरिया, टाईफ़एड, या सारख्या वेगवेगळ्या आजाराने त्रासले आहे.
चेम्बर चोकअप होऊन त्याचे सर्व पाणी रस्त्यावरती साचून साचून अक्षरशः डबक्या सारखे दिसते.
तसेच याचा सर्व त्रास रोजच्या पिण्याच्या पाण्यावरती सुद्धा होत आहे.

वेळोवेळी तक्रार करून सुद्धा कोणी इथे लक्ष देत नाही. कृपा करून या कडे लक्ष द्यावे हि विनंती.

Dear pcmc representatives,

Their is an drainage leakages at my row house boundary wall like an waterfall because of this water logging, water has entered inside my house whole house in ground level. So i would like to inform you that this problem is happening first time since we have purchased this house.

Kindly take necessary action at your earliest convenience.

Water logging on unconstructed road outside and besides the society (Kohinoor shangrila) besides shewale center, cause alot of problems for the society residents, as a doctor i can understand the the problems of water logging can cause alot medical problems for the society members, this unhygienic water may lead to develop malaria, dengue and other diseases, as we have alot of families staying in the society this water logging can alot of problems to all o[censored]s. There are pigs in this area which are on the roll during the monsoon, some piglets even died and their bodies are getting decompossed, we require your help and support for a healthy environment in and around the society. Im attaching pictures and a video which will give a better idea. Kindly please visit our society for better understanding. Thanking you.

Pcmc roads used to be very wide and very helpful for people. Now, brts has come into picture which has violated so many safety norms. More concern is regarding entering/exit from bombay-pune highway from pimpri to nigdi. They are most dangerous.
These projects are useless if safety is compromised. Hope authorities are waiting for mass death then they will understand the issue.

Lots off people are coming for workout on morning in shankar shetty udyan, chinchwad but there is no provision or facility to workout like gyming instruments and other.

I would like to suggest you or request you to place fitness equipment in shankar shetty udyan, chinchwad, like placed on footpaths in bavdhan and kothrud areas.

Behind our building, pigs and sewage canal is there which creating very bad smell and mosquitos.. recently in our building 2 members hospitalized due to dengue.
Request you to clean that sewage canal and spray the mosquito killing chemical all over that canal ana also around our society.

Hi,
I live in Pimpri Chinchwad Corporation limits in Pune. I have not yet received my property tax bill despite it's mid June-2018.

Moreover the online payment website of PCMC is down since last 5 - 6 days. Every day I am checking but the site is not up.

If I correctly understand I am supposed to pay my property tax by end of June-2018 for this year. How do I pay when even bill is not received as well and online payment site is also down for extended period?

Garbage is not being collected for tip not given to pick up vehicle or driver. Pickup point sindhu park co-op hsg. Society, pimple saudagar, pune-411027. Contact number-[protected]. Pick up rate 500 per month. Please help in resolving issue at earliest as it’s stinking and can cause many health problems. Request you to please give contact number to whom we report such complaints.

Can you please let me know how to create groupid for badminton hall booking? We are not able to do the booking because there is no such tab or link wherein groupid can be generated. Also we need to know the charges for the booking. We have been trying to book the court which is available in bhosari, but since we don't have a groupid we cannot book it.

In mar 2018, i had submitted an application for grant of permission to fell a dangerously deteriorated coconut tree in my compound to prevent loss of life/ property. The application was collected by the local karyakarta's rep (Shri chetan gawade is the karyakarta).

Till date, despite elapse of 3 months, there has been no response nor a status report on the progress of consideration of the application. If local karyakartas cannot be held accountable, please remove them from the loop.

Request advice. Treat urgent in view of heavy winds/ rains expected shortly.

जेव्हा चेम्बर तुंबून सगळीकडे घाणीचे साम्राज्य निर्माण झ्हाल्यानंतर कर्मचारी खूप उशिरा त्या ठिकाणी पोहचतात या मुले सामान्य नागरिकांना खूप त्रास सहन करावा लागतो कारण ते सर्व तुंबलेले पाणी (मैलामिश्रित) थेट घरामध्ये शिरते.
कृपया सादर ठिकाणी कायमचा बंदोबस्त करावा हि विनंती

Hello sir/madam

In chinchwad, manik colony area, there is school called era kids.

While going from morya hospital to pimpri, at manik colony when we take right turn to reach to era kids school, after end of divider, the vehicles from opposite side comes very fast and there is no speed breaker. Ideally at such a turn there should be speed breaker to decrease speed of opposite vehicles.

Could you please do needful as early as possible and install a speed breaker, as the schools will be starting from 11th june (Next monday)

The portal provided for to check the property tax is not working and it is ambiguous as it clearly does not specify what gat no. Has to enter as per revenue record or enter ward no. Inspite of putting correct milkat no. Zone no. And gat no. It does not show the property tax details. Nor even able to fetch the data as per the name and address of the property holder

Due to rain last night in wakad, water get gathered on the main way. All the water is drained and there is no way to drain the remaining water. People with their personal vehicle can cross this but people on foot has to cross this by great difficulty. Everyone is suffering a lot. Please do something because your small step can make a great change.
If you search emerald 1 in google map you will find the place where this water is gathering.
