PCMC — Illegal parking

Illegal parking on road in front of old RTO office chinchwad

due to that illegal parking of heavy vehicles like trucks and containers traffic as well as accident issues are raised day by day so please solve proble immediately and take immediate action against the owners of that parked vehicles, charged them heavily for that

Hi, on 14th april 2018, i paid property tax for document no. [protected].00 online for rs 7938 and after successful completion and deduction from bank, web page not found error was given. The site still shows pending property tax. I haven't received any communication on my e-mail id or mobile. The payment was made through billdesk via billcloud.in payment gateway. The transaction details are as given below: transaction reference: bil/[protected]/pgmib-/pcmcptax_lici62 amount: 7938 bank: icici bank date: 14th april 2018 please let me know the problem.

There has been termendous increase in number of mosquitoes in pimple gurav and kasarwadi area since last 10-15 days. There has been no fogging activities nor any action been taken by anyone.
Kindly look into it as possible.
It will be a deadly scenario if people start getting i'll because of mosquitoes borne diseases.
There are many complaints already registered regarding same.
Societies, parks, localities all are severely affected by increase in mosquitoes.

I live in khushbu exotica, in the past 10 days the number of mosquitoes in the area has grown too much, every day and night you can't even walk on the road. Please aid us this could start so many diseases. Every one around my community is going through the same thing. This needs immidiate attention. I am not sure this is the place to complain, if not please forward to the right place

Dear pcmc,
I am rohan deshpande living in b204 kumar piccadilly, beside akshara international school, bhumkar chowk.
Beside us there is one construction ongoing, the project name is acropolis of millennium developers.
The construction work starts early at 5’o clock in morning & their sound disturbs the whole society.
We complaint you even before for the same but he is still not taken it under consideration. I request you to kindly ask him to start work after 7’oclock atleast.

Drianage is open and broken behind polaris health care near puja plastic in front of i10deep society. Car got stuck at midnight causing injuries to cab driver and passengers also one bike felled causing injuries to rider it is very dangerous as it is in a turn also little kids keep playing. Very bad smell and mosqitoes causing diseases. Frequently big water tankers and construction trucks pass by and chances of major accident are more. Please repair at the earliest

There is lot of pigeons in our society / area - some measures to be taken to control their population. Pigeons droppings are harmful to our health . they lay eggs in our pots . sometimes they damage our plants also . it is learnt that their droppings are very dangerous for Asthmatic patients. Sometimes the pigeons built nest & droppings in our houses also which is very harmful. I tried to find out solutions thru google - in other countries...

I have created my group id in pcmc sports facility, but i don't receive any updates from pcmc sports, for example: venue booking dates, holidays etc. Neither by an e-mail nor any text message. Because of that i have missed my bookings for last two months. Even website doesn't show any booking dates so that we can stick to it. Its very inconvenient and unprofessional. Please help us regarding this.

Traffic in Bhumkar Chowk is due to 2 things - Trucks and Containers allowed to travel through this narrow road. Second reason is that there are no proper signals provided. These trucks should be banned at least from 5 pm to 10 pm. There should be penalty of Rs 2000 for breaking this rule. PMPML buses cannot move by an inch due to random motion of these trucks. People coming from Hinjewadi are already tired due to traffic at Hinjewadi chowk...

Pcmc fixed paving blocks in front of entrance of basera building, nigdi, due to this entrance height is reduced by 1 feet approx. Because of this people above height of 5' faced difficulty at the time of entering in the building & harmed by the above been & below height. People confused as they either see up word towards beem or below towards height.
As i am the owner & physically handicap i am requesting to resolve this problem immediately.

This complaint is related to the mosquitoes that is affecting child and youth health who are the future of our india. Because of this access of mosquitoes number of diseases like viral and bacterial are in increasing. Areas affected are aundh, sangvi, pimple gurav. Pcmc government must take some actions to avoid this. If they fail to take actions then it is worst i can say. It should not consider as smart city.
Take some action as soon as possible before it affect all area.

I am suffering from smoke & dirtiness at our resident because of our neighbor mr. Salunke address sec no 7, sanjivani colony, indrayaninagr near magalam vastu. Bhosari-26

But still no action

So please give warning to him.

If not possible then told me to whom shall i contact.

On 12th march, i paid property tax of rs. 10089 through pcmc online property portal. As soon as i completed net banking payment i received an error.
From icici bank amount got debited with transaction remark - bil/[protected]/property tax/pcmcptax_l
But same is not getting reflected on pcmc online portal.

Even after two days its not showing credited. Kindly help....

Hi, i spoke with 3 people to catch hold of a stray dog and her puppies as she is becoming quite aggressive with people around. However, was told there is nothing they can do in this case and actions can be taken only if some accident actually happen. Does that mean i have to wait till the time she actually bites some one or we get an injury being reported due to these dogs?? I belong to dehuroad (Pcmc) area and would really appreciate if an option can be provided to help us here.

This is on behalf of the people of rajnigandha society. Stray dogs are creating a lot of menace in the society.. C2, rajnigandha society.
Please save us from these dogs.
Please send a dog vans to clear the street dog menace in the area.
Please revert back if this is not the right way to deal with this problem.
These dogs run behind the vehicles and bite the people.
These was an incident where a biker fell down because of these dogs.
Let’s not wait for somebody to die because of these stray dogs.

I am staying at renuka gulmohar society, morwadi, behind pimpri central mall.
Every night there is heavy noise of street dogs barking. These are street dogs and they don't have any owner..
We are working a whole day, so need good sleep in d night. I have small kid just of 4 months at my home. Due dogs barking noise even my small baby is not able to sleep in the night.
You are requested to take this matter and help us to come out of this issue.

There is a high increase in the street dogs in our area causing a lot of issues. Few of them are so badly infected by diseases that its making the society people ill, also these street dogs are troubling a lot at night times and disturbing the sleep by barking loud all night.

Request you to kindly take them away at the earliest.

This is inform you that an illegal construction is in progress at following location.

Location: sr. No. 29/3, shri sai samarth colony, near jai ambika super market, balwantnagar, shivnagari, chinchwad, pune – 411033.

Person name : mr. Somnath mane, mr. Sagar mane & mrs. Sunanda mane etc.

We kindly request you to take necessary action against it for following reason,

1) all construction material is being delivered on road causing inconvenience to the neighborhood.

2) no side margin kept.

3) illegal permission.

4) no sanction plan.

5) harm to government property on pcmc drinking water line constructed toilet.

6) no space for road as per government rule not follow in between two homes 10 feet.

Looking for your prompt action and cooperation on urgent basis. Attached photos for your references.

I am complaining as a citizen of pune and as a pedestrian. I walk a lot in the vicinity of my residence. I walk on the footpath and never in the middle of the road!

The entire stretch of road in pimple saudagar has footpaths on either side of the main road. However you find all two wheeler riders freely using footpath to ride their vehicles on.

The bad part is they honk at me and expect me to get out of their way on footpath? If so where do i walk? In the air??

The traffic police at the junction are just silent spectators, they let such violation happen and do not catch hold of anyone.

We are facing problem in our ground floor outlet due to garbage, waste material, food packets, toys, etc thrown by residents of Castalia society. This is also the experience of other neighbouring shop owners.

This has created lot o[censored]npleasant situations with our customers in the past and can cause a serious injury to persons on ground floor.

This has been informed to Castalia Society Chairman ( Mr. Vikas : [protected] ) time and again but it is still happening on almost daily basis.
In spite of repeated concerns expressed by us on this issue to Castalia Residents and Society Management, this has not been controlled.

Infact, due to this problem, it may be noted that we had to construct shade few months back which has now been dismantled as per PCMC guidelines. However, we are now feeling totally unsafe towards safety of our customers and staff. ( one recent Photo enclosed of material thrown in our shop is attached. Luckily things did not fall on persons and no one got injured).

PLAESE NOTE THAT IN CASE OF ANY MISHAPPENING AND UNDESIRABLE CONSEQUENCES DUE TO ABOVE PROBLEM, CASTALIA SOCIETY MANAGEMENT / RESIDENTS WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE AND WE ARE INFORMING PCMC ACCORDINGLY AS WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE SITUATION FROM OUR SIDE. WE ALSO REQUEST PCMC TO RESOLVE THIS SERIOUS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST DUE TO SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS.
