Respected sir/madam,

We are the residents of sairaj park society, chandramani nagar, ekta chowk, old sangvi, near last bus stop, behind buddha vihar, pune-27.

There is a new construction built next to our society. This construction has closed the drainage outlet of/annex our society. There is a passage in our society where rain water gets filled and because of this we are facing mosquito problems.

As we all know when such type of water found it is high risk of having dengu mosquito around.

Please help us from this problem. We together can take the precaution from spreading the dengu.

Let us know in case of any information.

Our late owner mr ndchawla had given several complaiments against the shed which has been contructed in front of our building and pcmc has not taken any legal actions against the comlaint and today we the owner of the building are giving you the information of the illegal work going on so it is akind request to stop the work which is going at ashok hardware opp gokul hotel a illlegal shed work and shop board is going on in my premises which he has not taken any permission from the owner so it is akind request to stop the illegal work which is going on

This is a gentle reminder for constructing temporary shed on the road in front of construction site "a" wing, acropolis. We face problems like getting wet or debri falling down due to ongoing construction activity.
Any injury due to this will cause unnecessary panic to both the parties.

Children, old age persons and women are facing major challenges while traveling, as the approach / temporary road provided by the contractor to nisargdarshan society, sector 26, near shubham park, nigdi pradhikaran.

Due to rain, condition of road provided is worst and possibilities of accidents are high because the slope of this road is not technically adjusted, its too steep.

We request the competent authority to look into this request for necessary and immediate action.

Also, requesting the transport authority of india on separate via their portal.

Dear publicservice provider,

Every time when elections come you come to ask for votes to residential area. Are you fulfilling their requirements; it's as simple as that if we ask for something we should give back too. I'm sorry to say but you people sitting in ac cars owner of 10 vehicles you are # don't care of ordinary people. Kindly have travel one time on bhosari - pune road via pmt on peak hours. I don't understand if we are paying taxes regularly then are we not expecting to get at least public services stress free. Ducking corrupt people. I have just one request increase the frequency of bus services during peak time.

Whenever you check for any badminton hall in pcmc, its always shows full. When you go for booking after 3 months, it gets full within 15-20 min untill we create & registered our group. But you go on the venue you can find out hall is empty, but cant be given for other person because the person who booked the slot can come & complaint. Most of the people uses there booking slot only on weekends, but as per online booking criterion they have to book it for whole 3 months.

Please look into this online booking system & do some positive changes so that new groups can also book the court easily.

We are facing mosquito problem and there is a construct build near to our socity where rain water is filled and beacause of this we are facing mosquito problem.

1st guter line is likegae here the road is in very pathetic condition. Since the rainy season has already started logging in the road due to pathetic road condition. Request you to please take an action. Atleast gutter & road should be confident enough for walk.

Credit card executives forcefully issue card on my name and calls n number of times from collection team, now when asking then to settle it down, no one of their authority is responding to take the payment. I dont authorised them to intervene into my privacy to call and disturd me again and again by calling and messaging from their personla mobile no on my mobile number.,
Now i urgently need it to be settledown after deducting the late fees they have charged for these many months and were least bothered ot correct my email id or address despite by repitited email and follow up and after all these the only statement delivered so far is having incorrect spelling of the same company from which i hold their salary account.

Need immediate action to me taken against them for intervening into our privacy my messaging on mobile from personal mobile number without any proper professional format of an email with coloured and bold fonts. They r not entitled to yell at me through emails or messages.

Help me please and now am asking them to take the full payment and help me in full and final closure of it, no one of their complete zonal autority responded yet.

I am living in ruston colony, sector no 27a, pradhikaran nigadi, near sant tukaram garden.in our area so many street dogs are here. They are barking on walking persones full day and they are attacking on children. So before any bad happened you will solve problem of street dogs.
Second thing, in our area or colony so many people keep pet dogs but they are not take permission from any one. This dogs are barking hole night. All people in our area are suffering from these dogs. So take right action on owner of these dogs.

Building with no toilet, foolish civil engineer

The pcmc library constructed in sambhaji nagar has no toilet. It is really disturbing for students. Pls provide toilet facility for girls and boys separately. The library has many holidays due to festival, we students dont need this holidays, as it is affecting our studies. There is no room for eating tiffin for students, where should we eat. Staff is rude. Modi's dream swach bharat and this building is build without toilet, he must b hater and non sense engineer.

Pcmc employees who are alloted for library work in sambhaji nagar especially mrs gavali misusing her powers and harassed female candidate who complained her about toilet problem and other problems instead of solving problem or finding solution she was fighting with that poor upsc aspirant who just demanding her rights.

Just witnessed today how pcmc employees misuse their power and do nothing

For past eight to nine weeks one person brings vegetables in a van spreads across the foot path adjacent to my house. On requesting him to shift his place he used abusive language and also said that go and do whatever you want. His presence is resulting in lots of noise from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm in the evenings.
The irony is that "army" is printed on his vehicle. Seeing him doing such an act two more vendors have started putting up their commodities in a row. This has increased the noise and they are using bad words and also the peace in the area.

I am staying in a place name mohannagar, Survey no.135 OPP ESI hospital in chinchwad Area. There is a construction work which is going on since 18months and is causing inconvinience for the residents in the area. Half of the road is being used by them since last year causing lot of problems. The contruction already constructed on the Gutter and is coming out on the road. We have made a complaint to the MIDC chichwad as well regarding these issue. We need the road to be cleared as soon as possible and the road to be developed as well which is pending for 1year. We request you to please take necessary action as we are facing inconvinience as well they are going to use the road to construct their steps which will be atleast 2 to 3feet on the government road. Please do the needfull.

My name is sanket bangar. I am living with my family in pimple saudagar planet millenium society. There is a construction work going on behind my society. The construction workers are living there and they are using open space toilet and bathroom. Because of this we are facing
Unpleasant smell and mosquito issues from last few months.

The shopkeepers are keeping their goods on foot path the because of them the other shops are not visible and there is parking problem is also taking place because of that ths problem increases during festive seasons please look after that the road gets too conjusted because of these shopkeepers

Complaint regarding this issue is filed before to pcmc earlier too. The id's of previous complaints are[protected] june 2017 filling date) and[protected] june 2017 filling date). There is no reply from pcmc officials. Now the condition has become worst, pfa pictures. Customers are not only facing this development problems but also facing the unwanted n illegal demand of gst by shiddhivinayak developers on maintenance charges. Please reply to complaint as soon as possible with resolution to problems. Unable to upload video.
