Hi team,

I have been trying to book a slot at the pcmc badminton courts since last 'two years' however this site never shows availability of the same.
I have tried booking the court by visiting the facility in person however the management over there 'does not allow us to book'

If this facility does not serve the purpose for a common man then what is the use of buiding the same??? I beleive that the slots are already been blocked by the management present at the facility due to which comman man cannot book the court.
As a part of your audit i dont understand why such issues are not captured. Do you ever try to book the slot just to even check if this initiative is being served in the right way???
Due to such poor infrastructure management people cannot excel at sports.
Can you please look at this issue and i would appreciate if you could resolve it. Please feel free to contact me for any more details. Apologies for using caps however i just want to convey my message as i have been waiting since two years which i believe is lot of time.

Hi team.

There is a disposal of garbage in front of my house by local people. Kindly resolve the issue. As it is harmful for health and society cleanliness. Pople are piling up there garbage in front of my house even the cleaning person of pcmc do the same thing. He collected all the roadside garbage and piled it up by the boundary wall of my house. Kindly resolve the issue at earliest.

The covered drains in the area around Hemoo Kalani Cooperative Housing Society, Pimpri, Pune 411017 ( opposite to Hotel Ganesh) are badly damaged and it can be seen from manholes that they are completely filled with garbage. These are infected with rats which are entering residences at night.
The drains in all eventuality will overflow during the coming monsoons and cause flooding of the surrounding areas.
It is requested that these drains be got cleaned on a priority basis to avoid problems to residents and public.

Hi, On 28th May 2017, I paid property tax for Document no.[protected] online for Rs 1758 and after successful completion and deduction from bank, web page not found error was given. The site still shows pending Property Tax. I haven't received any communication on my e-mail ID or mobile. The payment was made through BillDesk via BillCloud.in Payment gateway. Hi,
I am a resident of pimpri-chinchwad area. My customer number is :[protected]. We have had a power of 12 hours in our area on 27/05/2017.

I am extremely frustrated. I could not study for the hole day. Cell phone battery and laptop battery got drained completely. I get the feeling of living in an extremely remote area. Please invite private players if government is incapable of providing electricity in our area. We want a permanent solution to this problem.
I am going to raise this issue to the highest level possible.

In this area people not at all aware about noise pollution. They do all there rituals, marriages, after marriage (Gondhal) on high volume speaker. They don't even care because of their so called traditions thousands of people are suffering. Still they are thinking and behaving like they are living in village.

Its frustrating and causing mental tiredness.

I am resident of Akshar Elementa society in Tathawade 411033. We receive OC for our housing project in March 2016 and we are living in premises from past 1 year. Builder keep saying that PCMC water supply will start soon but no progress in past 1 year. As per our knowledge pipe line work is completed but water supply needs to commences by PCMC.

We are using tanker water from past 1 year and it has started showing its impact on residents health now.
Can you please let us know correct status of water pipeline and by when we can expect water supply in our society?

Please send the Stray dog team to remove the street dogs which are continuously barking, and running behind vehicles. sweepers have stopped coming to clean the road as dogs bark at them. there is litter on the road and condition is horrifying.

Please act asap.

Around 1000 families are living in GK Royal Hills and various other societies but there is not even a single road connectivity from society to main road. It is difficult to drive when water is spelled on muddy road.

Rain is coming & it will become impossible to drive. Also it may lead to accidents due to pot holes filled with water.

Kindly help us here and construct a proper road to connect the societies with suitable main road.

I need your help in solving garbage problems in my locality I stay near Lokmanya hospital Besides that is a big garbage bin we had asked municipal corporation to remove the bin but they say it is required for the hospital hospital has a huge space at front but still the bin is kept on the back side on public footpath and from last two weeks it is even set to fire . I stay at 4 th floor just above this garbage bin and all the smoke and fumes from this bin enter my house my daughter suffers from asthma and needs to visit doctor for the same frequently had been trying to find who sets the bin on fire but not yet sucessfull as it is set in dark hours in night please provide some relief if possible I will be very grateful I also think that some thing illegal might be thrown in it hence somebody is setting it ablaze to destroy evidence .

I can join table tennis also, but there is no court available for table tennis in pimpri chinchwad area to book the slot, is there any office where i can come and register in advance for either table tennis or badminton.

I purchase a battery operated car from "SK General Store & Gift House, Shagun Chouk, pimpri Pune 411017".

From 2'nd day the car have stopped working, and he is not providing sell bill Neither he is repairing it.

I made 4-5 rounds to his shop and he just charges the battery and gives it to me . Its a harassment as now he is not even reverting my massages and calls.

I have all the records of payment and communications on non working and my complaints to him through whatsapp.

Please help me as i have purchased the car with lot of hopes and its a expensive item and this behavior and non responsibility from seller is non acceptable. as he is not taking any responsibility and my son have a lot of emotions connected with this gift.

I could not find the link of creating group id for booking also at the time of booking pcmcsports.in is alws shows server issue could not book the court.its not satisfactory work by the PCMC officials there must be one easy and convinient way for getting the beneficials. Bad actually very dissappoint.

This is regarding cashless ATM in Shahunagar and chikhali area. People were wandering the whole area for cash in this area. There are many ATMs but all of them cashless. This is situation of each weekend. It is my humble request to please request corresponding banks to fill adequate amount of cash in ATMs. This is has been very tough situation to deal with.

An illegal tyre punture shop has been opened in a resedential building at plot no.429. Sector no.27/a. Near thane janata sahakari bank. Pradhikaran nigdi pune.
Despite giving previous online complaint no action have been taken yet against this shop. We request you to take legal action against this shop and request to clise thus shop which is being in this building.
After giving police complaint still no action was taken against this shop besides giving just warning. Yet if no action is taken for closing this illegal shop then we will go to newspaper for poor working towards online complaint fir solving problems of resindents of pcmc.
We even went to atikraman vibgag of Pradhikaran office near akurdi railway station but still no action was taken for the sane.
Hope our problem will be solced as early as possible..

Due to low internet connectivity, the travel agent manually gave the ticket details. We booked the ticket for the bus which was Supposed to depart at 10:30 in the night as written by the agent. Following are the details provided by the agent on the receipt:
Head office: Sachin Tours & Travels, Chinchwad, Pune 33
Issue Date: 21/3/17
Journey: Pune to Belgavi
Tour Date: 22/3/17
Travels Name: Telsang
Departure Time: 10:30
Ticket: Rs. 700
We reported the place on 22nd March 15 mins before departure time as usual.
Following are the complaints about this incidence and about the travel agency that messed up everything and blamed the customer instead.
1) The experience till the date was the bus always comes in time or after the time of departure that is mentioned. Obviously, we did wait for the bus to come till 10:30 and then when bus did not appear, we enquired the agent. - He said that 'The bus departed at 09:30 and there is no bus at 10:30 for Belgavi. It's your mistake that you didn't ask us about the bus when you reported here. Now we can't return the money back as well as we can't give you a ticket of another bus.'
2) Generally the rule is that, if ticket is confirmed the agent sends message on the registered mobile number. - This was not done by the agent. We didn't get any message for this booking.
3) Even if the agent fails to send message, they call you if you are not on the place when the bus arrives. - The agent was supposed to call us at 09:30 if he has booked the ticket (after receiving the full payment and giving the manually written ticket to the customer); the agent did not call.
We just want our money back from the agency as the mistake was totally theirs. But the agency is refusing to do so by saying, 'Tumchi chuk kay, amchi chuk kay, kashala chuka shodhat basaycha, sodun dya'.

Dear sir,
I am the resident of pcmc area.
I need your help to take action against the illegal construction done in our society.
The builder and the land owner has an agreement of around 40 flats and 12 shop construction.

As per pcmc / town plan the shops were planned for 1st and 2nd floor only.

And entire ground floor was allocated for parking, however the landowner has got the parkings of road side for them and now builder/ they have converted these parking areas into shops.

This has become more panic situation for all other shop owners as we have paid for our shops and also paying maintenance for it and at ground floor these people have opened their shops without spending a penny.

We don’t have place to park our vehicles also. They are threatening us every day to go out from this place.

Please intervene in this matter asap. We are suffering because of dadagiri of landowner and mismanagement of builder.

I would like to draw your attention towards road quality on chatrapati chowk to mankar square road in kaspate wasti wakad area.
The road quality is very poor. It had many holes and also street light is very poor. It also has one PCMC school ilon way.
Many accidents are happening on this way.
Please repair the road Immediately as a short term solution and for long term please get construct a good quality road.

There are many stray/street dogs in vishal nagar Pimple nilakh. They are all around the area in groups and dont belong to anyone.
I stay next to Sandhya Nagari Society.These dogs are in below areas in vishal nagar.
- Near DP road
- Near Ganpati temple
- Near Sandhya Nagari Society
- Near Shrija Marternity hospital

These dogs are un healthy and bite/bark at people walking on the street. Special at night it becomes really difficult to walk alone on these streets
