Hi, We are staying on Spine Road, Chikhali, PCNTDA next to Morya Sweets..There is slum area next to our building due to which we face major issues like urination, garbage and they even sit on roads for their morning activities...this has caused lot of sanitary and health problems. Also the people use water by breaking pipes and this has caused pigs and other animals sitting in the contaminated water and creating dirt all around.Also there are thefts taking place in our building. Request you to pl help us out and give them proper place with toilets... Also our corporator has not done anything inspite of informing him...

Hi, On 3rd January 2015, I paid property tax (Document number:[protected]/00) online for Rs 4141 and after successful completion and deduction from bank, web page not found error was given. The site still shows pending Property Tax which is building up due to penalty. I haven't received any communication on my e-mail ID or mobile. The payment was made through BillDesk via BillCloud.in Payment gateway. Hi, We live in Dwarka Flora Residency, Phase 1, Near Lotus hospital behind Pimple Saudagar Police chowky. I need to make a complaint for the society maintenance guys, The building is still not handed over to us so maintenance is required to be done by builder's guy. Since many days we are complaining about the sewerage problem in society building but it is not being given any importance. PFA the mail for the same. All the Halls are booked always.Most of the time Halls are empty although interested candidate can not play as few person /agent book the hall for entire month. Your representative ( [protected]) told me that in Bhosari Hall is not booked through online, however during my visit I found the same Hall is also booked by schools. Hi, I had bought a flat in a scheme which has 72 flats (24 in each of 3 wings). 24 Flats are owned by the land owner and remaining are sold to individuals by builder (MS Kharde Patil) Now land owner is building servent quater in common area. Please help us to stop all these non sense. The landowner has political base so no one is daring to go against.

We have been complaining many times but no actions have been taken so far by the local cleaners & the Nagar Sewak. People urinate and pass stool making the road/street smelly and dirty and prone to diseases. There is a garbage bin kept on the road. People dump garbage inside as well as outside the bin. We fear being contracted to diseases because the place is stinky and full of flies and mosquitoes. Hope the issue will be taken on high priority and addressed at earliest. Dear Sir, INo housekeeping of the roads, no removing of the grass(congress and other grass in the area between the roads and the societies as footpath is not made so all the garbage like waste papers, empty liquor bottles, vegetables waste is thrown in the grass. I do not see the house keeping employees doing cleaning the area from Radhey heights to Nisarg Residency in Ravet Pradhikaran area near D mart mall. We are living the Sector No 29 of Ravet Pradhikaran but it looks like we are living in the village where the cleaning is done on the mercy of the gramsevak.

Respected Sir/Madam, I(Satish Gopalani) live in D-Ward area, Near Sai Chowk, Pimpri -411017. I would like to bright to your notice a house in our area which has amassed a lot of garbage, empty buckets, tyres and lots of scrap. This garbage is creating health issues in our area among dengue, malaria and others. I have already submitted a written complaint to PCMC Health Department regarding this issue, but no action has been taken against them till now. Can you please look into this matter and resolve it urgently as it become a life threat to people in our area? I have attached picture of the garbage amassed in his home and also copy of complaint which I have writtern to PCMC health Department.

Today a big accident happened in shivar square.pimple saudagar. StIill in evening traffic signals were off. Traffic police were not there to control trafffic. Traffic signals should be on, trafficpolice should be there and there should be speed breakers in the square.

SO PLEASE CHANGE TIMING OF WATER SUPPLY. BEYOUND HOLIDAYS NUMBER OF WOMEN ARE WOKING SO THEY UNABLE TO STORE WATER BEACAUSE OF THIS WATER TIMING. SO, PLEASE CHANGE THE TIMING OF WATER SUPPLY. There is a slum near sadhu vaswani park which is close to many buildings like River view housing society. Kids and old men both sit right in front of the building and urinate and pass stool making the pace smelly and dirty and prone to diseases. Its been a year that we have been continously complaining through phone but there has been no help from the other end. We do no even feel like eating the food cooked because it is filled with the dirty smell. Along with this dead rats are a common sight. There is a garbage bin kept right in front of the building. People dump garbage inside as well as outside the bin. We fear being contracted to diseases because the place is stinky and full of flies and mosquitoes. During the course of the day, the men from the slum are sitting in front of the building playing cards. Security of the girls and women is a concern. People do not even visit our homes due to the above reasons. I hope these issues do not fall on deaf ears and an action will be taken as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, For the newly constructed building 9 Avenues(Builder: Vastukalp Promoters and Builders, Wakad, Owner: Nitin Kalate and Hanumanth Bhilare) are demanding cash money for Maintenance charges and threatening the Buyers that he won't give the possession if people not give cash amount. For the cash amount he is not ready to give any receipt too. The day people pay him the booking amount he starts asking for Black Money. Please suggest the proper authority to whom we can make a complaint.
