There is a slum near sadhu vaswani park which is close to many buildings like River view housing society. Kids and old men both sit right in front of the building and urinate and pass stool making the pace smelly and dirty and prone to diseases. Its been a year that we have been continously complaining through phone but there has been no help from the other end. We do no even feel like eating the food cooked because it is filled with the dirty smell. Along with this dead rats are a common sight. There is a garbage bin kept right in front of the building. People dump garbage inside as well as outside the bin. We fear being contracted to diseases because the place is stinky and full of flies and mosquitoes. During the course of the day, the men from the slum are sitting in front of the building playing cards. Security of the girls and women is a concern. People do not even visit our homes due to the above reasons. I hope these issues do not fall on deaf ears and an action will be taken as soon as possible.

Dear Sir, For the newly constructed building 9 Avenues(Builder: Vastukalp Promoters and Builders, Wakad, Owner: Nitin Kalate and Hanumanth Bhilare) are demanding cash money for Maintenance charges and threatening the Buyers that he won't give the possession if people not give cash amount. For the cash amount he is not ready to give any receipt too. The day people pay him the booking amount he starts asking for Black Money. Please suggest the proper authority to whom we can make a complaint.

WE ARE FACING A BIG PROBLEM OF LOUD VOICE CONTINUE IN DAY & NIGHT, Loud voice in temple starts from morning at 5 o'clock morning with a very high sound that no body can sleep & can even talk with each other in home ( You can imagine how loud voice is through loud speaker) this is morning case & it continues for hole day & then night also it rest for 12 o'clock (12 pm) night which is very problematic.We can not stay in our home due to this problem. Please have those loudspeaker ban in punawale sawatamadi mandir which is just in between home . Please help us to live peacefully in our home. Please do something to stop those loudspeaker. Almighty builder cut the mail road for water outlet to other plot that most inconvenient to pass through road. That is illegal to cut the government road. Water storing on main due to water throwing on mail road by almighty builder. There is society adjacent to Almightly "Eisha foot print". Their boundary wall, swimming pool area damaged due to almighty construction. Any time boundary wall can be fall it can be dangerous of society and may be casualty can also. Please take immediate action ASAP.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is regarding the Unconstructed road between the Castalia Apartment and swaraj garden in pimple saudagar. This passage has been approved for road but it is not constructed yet.This passage is full of big pot holes and big pipeline.Now days in rainy seasons it is very dangerous as we even don't know the depth of holes.two days ago my bike has fallen into it.I was along with my wife and little daughter. Not even me I have seen many daily commuters fallen pray of this Request you to not delay the construction as otherwise model code of conduct will apply due to upcoming assembly elections thanks Vikas Vijay flat no C 102 Castalia, Pimple Saudagar.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is regarding the Un-constructed road between the Kohinoor Shangrila, Near Shewale Centre, Central Pimpri from Main Road and no Street Lights provided and it is difficult to drive/ walk vehicles by ladies. This passage has been approved for road and also DP for alternate route approved by PCMC and but it is not constructed yet.This passage is full of big pot holes and big pipeline.Now days in rainy seasons it is very dangerous as we even don't know the depth of holes.two days ago my bike has fallen into it along with my little daughter. Not even me I have seen many daily commuters fallen pray of this. Approach road from main road also need to entre in wrong route. No Street lights provided and after 7PM all anti social activities are happening drinking on the road etc. PCMC is already issued Property Tax as per B-Grade area and forget to give these basic amenities before sending property tax letters to Flat Owners. this rainy season was a nightmare for all society members due to open drainage and rain water accumulation.

this is the condition of the Societies just walkable distance from PCMC municipal Corporation head office!!! Request you to not delay the construction as otherwise model code of conduct will apply due to upcoming assembly elections thanks Manis.

There is very bad condition of road from kaspate wasti to mankar chowk. I see there are regular accident of bikes which are getting slipped due to bad and narrow road, 2-3 inch water flowing on road at 3 to 4 places and uncountable potholes within a distance 0.55 km. There is too much traffic on this road due to hinjewadi. I also met an accident due to another bike slipped in front of me before 2 days. I wish I really would have photos rightnow...

Nilgiri HSG society Adinath nagar beside Giri cable and communication Bhosari Pune 39 sarve no 691/1C/2 we hv a drainage over flow problem from the drainage chamber due to we hv to face a lot of problems

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the persistent drainage problem in our society. I am a resident of Ganesh complex, which is located in the Sambhaji Nagar of Pune. The drainage system in our society has been causing a lot of inconvenience to the residents for the past few months.

The drains in our society are clogged, and the sewage water is overflowing onto the streets, causing a foul smell and creating unhygienic conditions. This has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects, which is a major concern for our health and well-being.

Despite repeated complaints to the local authorities, no action has been taken so far to resolve the issue. We have also tried to contact the municipal corporation officials in our area, but we have not received any response from them.

I would like to request you to look into this matter and take immediate action to resolve the drainage problem in our society. We need your help to ensure that the drains are cleared and the sewage water is properly disposed of to prevent any health hazards.

I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take prompt action to resolve the issue. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Dear Sir/Madam, This is in regards to the increasing number of stray dogs in our area in Dhaval Co-op Soc in Ajmera complex, Pimpri. These dogs make a lot of noise and is creating nuisance.Even in the night people cant sleep because of these dogs making noise.We cant leave our children downstairs for playing because these dogs are always loitering around the water tank area.We cant even stand in the bus-stop while waiting for the school bus because they keep coming near us.So children get scared to step out of the house.Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.I humbly request the concerned authorities to remove these dogs from our premises.

They told me to take membership of 10, 000 and told me that I will get 30% discount as i had taken bridal makeup.But on my wedding day they refused to give discount of 30% if I dont renew my membership for another Rs.10, 000 .It was my wedding day and had to pay them such a huge amount.They know how to loot everybody.And top of that they dont even extend the mebership to the day on which i had renewed my membership card.Biggest Frauds of Pune I must tell you.Beware of them

Hello Sir/Madam, I stay in Nisarg Deep 2, Kaspatewasti, Wakad. I had a complaint that there are a lot of stray dogs in the neighboring vacant space which make a lot of noise during the night. As a result it is causing a lot of trouble in getting sleep for people including small kids, pregnant ladies and people having medical condition. address: rajgad colony, kohli gas godown lane, , kiwle dehuroad. sub: sewage system r/sir, pcmc was eager to collect rs 8000/- per house 5 yrs back on the promise of laying centralised sewage system in the above mentioned locality. But very sadly it is to be said that inspite of many corporators visiting the site and falls assurance nothing has been done so far . It is pitiable to say that a honest citizen after paying so many taxes to the pcmc, nothing is expected till date . i hope that a visit by the pcmc municipal commissioner will justify the fact that a honest tax paying citizen is not worth to live in respect. Until and unless a citizen of that area dies of diseases like dengue and malaria, any action will be taken at your end .I humbly and sincerely request your serious attention on the above said matter. your sincerely, Prasad Radhakrishnan.

Hi, We live in Saheel's Elegance, Thergoan, Near D, mart. We want to make complaint about our road. We are living here for last 3 years, but don't have proper road to commute, Now its rainy season coming and the condition will be worst of this road. We have small children, aged people, pregnant women whom it will be very difficult to move on this road. I will request the officials to come and take a look of this road i.e the road between Dmart to Saheel's Elegance and do the needful as soon as possible.

Survey 46, Bapdev nagar, Dehuroad - the location is opposite to Church of God - the neighbouring slum inhabitants are dumping huge amount of waste material and garbage in that area which is causing heavy inconvenience to the surrounding nearby people, there is foul odour the whole day long and causing water contamination from rain water. If this desperate living condition is ignored the entire families around this garbage dumping area will get seriously ill. The windows and doors has to be kept closed the whole day long due to which we are neglected from sun light and fresh air, please someone out there hear to this wrecked plea and take necessary steps to ensure a designated area is allocated for dumping garbage in the interest and the welfare of your valued citizens.

In YamunaNagar, Sec-21, Nigdi; near Mata Amruta Math Next to Runal Florance Phase -1 there is a Open Area where People mostly living in Closer by Area throw Garbage all over the Open Ground which is causing not only a Bad look to the area but also inviting Various animals (Dogs, Pigs) & Insects. Which is a risk to the health of people living in the area.

So kind request to Put a Board for "Legal Action against the people throwing Garbage" and also Similar Action to be Taken. Thanks - A Citizen - Sachin.

Hi, A few months back I went to PCMC RTO office to pay Road Tax for my 2 wheeler bearing Chandighar registration number. The PCMC RTO Officials refused to accept the Road Tax amount citing the reason that I require a NOC from Chandighar RTO for paying the Road Tax. I told him that a friend of mine had paid the Road Tax without the NOC. On hearing this he said that it is not possible and told me to come pack when I have the NOC. The reason my friend got his work done (and I wasn't) was he paid money to an agent &amp; got his work done. I was not ready to shell extra for a work which can be done without the help of an agent. However since the RTO people are hands-in-gloves with the agents, its very tough to get your work done with giving everyone their commission even though you have all the valid documents. I tried searching for RTO grievance cell but was not able to find anything of that sort on their website. Please assist if you have any details about it.

Hello, I have applied for RTO Smart card for my DAD's 4 wheelers Car Number is MH-14DA-3908. The Address in that has partially got mistake. The building number is D and it has deliverd to me as Building -B. Please suggest me the way out for the same.

Hello sir. My neighbour is running business of Dogs as a care taker. He get handsome money from his customers. Our problem is that the dogs he brings keep on barking day & night because of new place. I complained this to him, but he never listen.Request you to please take necessary action against him for this illegal business that he is running in Residential Area.

We don't have the garbage collector been in our area(Yashopuram PCMC Link Road). Priorly there used to be one in our area, but now they have removed it from our area, and kept at faraway place. So it's tiresome to go to faraway place for throwing the garbage. It would be good to have the one in our area.
