PCMC — Illegal shed with poc on balcony on second floor flat... creating health issue and dirty view

Address: A203, Shraddha Terraces, Samarth Colony, Vishalnagar Wakad

I am resident of "Shraddha Terraces" Samarth colony, vishalnagar wadak (behind copacabana Hotel). Owner on second floor has illegaly constructed permanent shed with pop on his balcony without permission from society as well as asking neighbouring flats.

Now pigeon has started making nest on it as well as creating dirty with ###. I have requested society as well as owner to take necessary action. But from last 7-8 months he is ignoring all things.

As balcony is coming just below our kitchen and dinning table, it is creating lot of health issues due to pigeon sitting in out window and suddenly flying in group. I have asthama and started health issues.

Can you please look into it asap?

I request to take action as myself and other members have asthama and pigeon is dangerous for this
