PCMC — property tax online payment link not working

I want to make online payment for my property using link
http://propertytax.pcmcindia.gov.in:8080/pcmc/
It shows my bill after entering correct zone no, gat no and milkat no.
When i click on make payement button it takes me to
http://app.billcloud.in

On this site i"m getting below error as soon as i select payment method.
