PCMC — Water bill over charged

Address:shwetyian niwas fllat no 2,, gangotri nagar, pimple gurav

My water bill is being overcharged by rs 10000/- this month penalty is also charged by rs 1000/- seeing all previous consumption bill is rs 200/- only how can you charge 10000/- rs for 3 months just stupidity.
