I have booked a dress for my wife and i have received a damaged product. I have requested for refund. First they insisted to accept the product and give as inr 100/- as token amount to rectify it at local tailor which is unacceptable. Then asked for refund and they accepted it. I returned my product to peachmode and they said that they have stored it in my credentials. When I tried to use that money, it asked me to either login or signup. As i didnt knew so much about how to do it, I signed up. And after that when I tried to again order the same thing, I'm not even getting the option of stored credentials...what does this mean? I've lost my money?

what are the refund rules ?? As per your refund rules you will refund the payment if the product is damaged. I received the damaged product, so i asked for refund. You defend like, the product was listed in discounted price, so the refund amount will be given as store credit.
Tell me which product is not listed under discount category. Everything you mention as discounted product. So customer/consumer looks like Foolish people.
Go to business college and learn some ethics about Business. If not you will end up loosing customer/or whole business one day.
