Pearson Vue — PTE Academic Mismatch ID

I am writing this complaint about PTE Academic from Pearson which is definitely not helping students or professional in any form and is making one forfeit the fees for silly reasons.
I had scheduled my exam on 6th Oct 2023 at 8 AM (Registration ID:[protected], PTE ID: PTE[protected] in one of Bangalore center and i was not allowed to take up the exam because of the name mismatch in Passport. The center people didn't give much information, they just created case number and asked me to contact customer service.

After coming home and when i read through all policy and the policy requirements everywhere i see that they have mentioned there ID requirement, but i hope they never cared about candidates ID especially from India. Here most of them will have there names in given name with or without surname and also there other govt provided id's will have only Name with initials which usually will be there legal names.

When the center don't want to disappoint candidates and understand real scenario why are they looting money and allowing one to commit mistake instead of taking this issue and fix. I see even lot of complaints in this forum itself for same issue.

By biggest question as an Engineer is instead of so many FAQ's why don't there tool have a simple validation on the first and last name field? When they know that the name field cannot have single alphabet why can't they provide validation from there end?

The consequences of all this is bared by a candidate who would have prepared so well for the exam, managing time, mental stress, nervousness. After managing all and coming to the center, the candidate will not be allowed for such a silly reason? Why can't they consider other documents too which is provided by Indian govt and then take proper decision?
A score report however takes a day or more to be generated so if required, name modification could have done been done later.
Having the system which is really not competent and as per standard requirement and making candidate pay for this is equal to fraud.
I also must say about the customer service who when pinged doesn't even understand the question and the answer provided will be out of topic. I am not sure how many would have been a victim because of there not-knowledgeable answers.

I advice all the people who are taking up the exam to be more mindful while entering names (no initials). If any doubt just contact the customer support and ask them to fix the issue and then book exam. Do not loose money for this silly trap.

I am also not sure or no hopes of Pearson allowing me to reschedule as they don't consider there system validations to be of reason and it's always candidates responsibility but if provided then that will be a real value to the test academies.
