Dont join this company, This is fraud company for employee as wel as clients. Till the time i didnt my salary, they terminate without inform and when i called for salary they told me for FnF every day i am calling but they are just not respondinv and not giving salary amd FnF. They dont have employee culture they are just playing with employee and they want employee who work for free for the company. If i dont get salary by 5th of feb 2024 its 3 months, i definatly go to case on every person of company and on company, i will do FIR also.i have all records.

This company started its operation from an illegal place. Its a fraud company.
Mr lokesh upadhaya and mr animesh shukla indulges in sexual harassement. He used to look at my vaginal points and used to utter words like 'lal chaddi'.
This is highly embarassing at work place.
I have been treated like an object. He uses sushil poddar's name saying
They have been doing this on the order of his son mr saurabh poddar. Because he is acting in the capacity of sales director. He is
Trying to harass me wherever i go.

I bought an sms pack worth rs. 50000 from this fraud and cheat company when it's so called 'technical' executive visited me a month before. The bad person (I am sorry, the 'technical' executive) explained me how pel softlabs pvt ltd has one of the best technology in market for sms gateway and have been providing services to major 'well known' clients across india and in international market (Which i seriously doubt now). They provided me with login after many days of payment which never worked as per requirement. Even after sending a test sms, it was either never ever delivered to my test cellphone number or even if it is delivered was delayed by 2-3 days and their so called 'technical' executive could not explain me the reason anyways.

When i called the 'sales' executive who came to me after few days, he told me that he has quit the job and can no longer answer any of the my queries. I tried calling there ahmedabad office (Trust me, the guys on the phone didn't even know how to talk, rest apart the technical help), tried reaching their 'corporate' office which was never answered and once in a blue moon someone picked up the phone and immediately told me that i should contact mr. Sudhakar (95400 28xxx) without even listening to my problem. I tried calling him so many times but he never ever picked up the call. Their so called customer service never answers. Please, i request to all of you, not to fall in trap of this ridiculous company.

Hello sir, I am working as a Technical Support Executive in this company for 2 month Oct 2009 to Dec 2009, But they have not paying me a single penny also it is a field job they have not paid my travel allowance after several request they are not even listen my request sir please suggest me what i have to do against the fraud company.

I took bulk sms services with this company pel soft labs pvt ltd since 2 years ago and still i am not getting any single sms deliver to my clients,

They promises me all the time our server is in maintenance so you can shortly received services properly, but since 2 years i have not reaceved a services.

please do somethings this companies are still working in all over india and getting all kind of fraud which is very dengours for the industry.

We have bought services of 5Lac mail & Msg from your company on Nov. 2012, but till date[protected] we are waiting to deliver those, all thanks to their helpful staff and company policies. Every time they disable our account and ask for more money . They are the worst company we have ever deal with. No one will pick our call and whoever ever talk never solve our problem, every time only one answer "will speak to our senior's and get back to you" and they never call us back.

They neither gave us our money back nor provide us the services. We are going to launch Complain against them.

So never ever by any kind of services from them.

I am from delhi, and i am already going under a trauma after taking the services from pel soft lab pvt ltd. They promised me give me the best bulk mailing services, but after i payed them the full amount i dint get any response from this company. After calling them 100 times the answer i got was that, they were working on my account and my services will be activated in 48 hours. After 2 weeks i got an email saying my account is activated and i can start sending emails to my clients. As a lay man i called them again that how am i gonna send the mails, i mean what is the procedure, where to go, how to make a newsletter and all... No replies... Stupid customer service... After calling them so many times finally i got my user id and the password... Till then approx a month passed away after i payed them for the services. I again called then that they should at least send an executive to the consumer to teach them technical way to use there portal, but as usual no replies... Then finally i was assisted by a guy who told me how to attach a jpeg and the links to the news letter on the phone...
I started emailing my clients... But after some attempts i noticed that my mails were not going only... And the credit was getting deducted... Such a cheat company is this... No mails were sent to non of my clients... And on top of that my domain name got black listed by all the service providers like google... Yahoo... Etc... Now its been 7 months i have been trying to contact them, every time i tell them that fix my meeting with their md,... They say they are busy or out of station or [censored]... They even shared a name of there md shruti... But thats a fake name too... They now even dont pick our calls... I have visited their office so many times but nothing happened... They are fraud... Please help... Because of this company i am in loss today... I took their services when i started by new business... Because of this company i have been doomed...

I am vijendra kaushik.. i have taken the services of pel soft labs pvt. ltd. for sending bulk sms. i have purchased sms around 1 lac and for that i have paid the charges to them. before 2-3 days when i tried to send the sms in bulk from my account provided by the company , there is no proper response. website is showing that sms has been sent but in the reality the sms which i have been sent through it are not delivered till now. now i am trying to open my account but the website is not opening . i have also called them but no is receiving the phone . i want ask that why they are not providing the service properly for which i have paid in advance. i am organising a programme for which i have sent the sms through the account of this company , for which i took the services of this company but the sms are not delivered till now. i am very disappointed with the services of this company. i am thinking that i have to take some legal action against it.

I would like to draw your kind attention towards malafide activities of the above stated company. A lady named Madhu contacted me on telephone to get computer training facility at home from there company.
A payment of Rs.4450 was paid by me through bank chq details (chq num- 017856 dated 21st dec, 2010 bank name- Axis Bank),the said chq was collected by them from my house and the same as already been debited from my account.
Thereafter, no contact was made by them, even the contact number and the company address(203, bharti Chambr, Vikaspuri, New Delhi) mentioned on the form was found false.After some time I came to know the said company was functioning from C-602, vikaspuri, New delhi.Personally , on march 16,2011 I visited there office,but there was no one was ready to entertain me and i waited at reception for around about 1 hour but no one turned up.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action asap so that it should not be made a practice by them

This Complaint is regarding PELSOFTLABS PVT LTD,CHANDIGARH.We as a company (ceremony planners) purchased bulk SMS software from this company for Rs3000/-.We were assured that we can send bulk SMS from their software and it will be delivered in 3-4 hours.But messages are not delivered even after 2 days in their report and status was shown expired after 2 days.Despite contacting their Branch manager in Chandigarh,Nothing has been resolved and we still are facing the same problem of non-delivery of bulk messages.
THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FOR GIVING SUCH PATHETIC SERVICE.

I vipul manchanda have purchased 30 lakh sms from pelsoft lab pvt ltd @ 1paise per sms. At the time of activating the service the tele sales executive Miss Vinita commited me the instant delivery of sms. Which she had sent me in the written quotation.
Now when i had transferred the money to their account they had sent me the performa invoice which is not showing me the service tax. When i called them they are not answering my callls. After this when i tried to send the sms the sms are not delivering at all while i was commited instant delivery.
I visited their office but no one is entertaining me & saying we cannot give you the refund, do wat ever you want to do.

We Have taken 10 lacs bulk sms from this company.at the time of taken he made us few commitment,leter on all the commitment was fake.i have taken reseller panel from this company and when i have given to my clients.i got a lots of complain from clientside,and when we call this company to solve this problem,we are not getting proper response from them.when ever we are sending 100 or more then 100 sms in this case delivery is approx.10%.so i will request people to plz dont take any service from this company.and also request to govt.plz take a serious action against this company.

This company Pel Softlabs Pvt Ltd. hires people and suck them by taking work from them for around 12 hours a day and then fires them within a month or two and give them half salary. They cut salary if you take leave and If you takes leave on saturday or monday, they count it as 2 leaves. At the time of hiring, they make many promises but when you join, they show your fault in evry work you do so that you cannot ask for increment. Also, there is no annual increment policy in this company. They also make fine from Rs. 500 to 5000, if you do some fault in your work. Suppose, if you do 10 little faults in a month, they will deduct Rs. 5000 (500*10) from your salary. This company earns money from employees salary by cutting their salary showing different types of fault in you. Never join this company unless you are too helpless and i[censored] join, be ready for tortures. This company is headed by a 36 year old man and 32 year old lady and this shows their lack of experience.

i was sent sms from pelsoft that one dell PC is ready for sale at a spl price of Rs. 9999 with latest configurations
nowhere it was mentioned that it is used PC
when i visited there outlet and found the facts , Mr. AMIT LAL tried to convince me and agreed to reduce the price as well as a brand new DVD WRITER in addition , i purchased the same on 25.09.09
but very shortly i found problems in monitor and DVD WRITER
the engineer was called on 13 october and agreed monitor is defective and needs to be replaced, also he revealed amazing facts that DVD WRITER is also needs to be replaced
infact the computer was showing it as DVD ROM ,
on the unit it was a LG make , but inside it was a samsung product
even after number of reminders and visits by pelsoft engineers, the defective units were not replaced, although every time the engineers agreed they needsto be replaced
now the shocking part of the story is when the defective items were taken for replacement , nobody turned up for more than one week
even my calls were either not answered or disconnected after seeing my number
infact i was told thru there employee on phone that if i want to get DVD WRITER, i have to pay Rs. 2000/- more
now i find myself cheated by pelsoft

. I have purchased the sms package from this company. they provide too bad services.i[censored] send message then balance will deduct but message will not deliver to the destination. And customer care does not provide the support,even they don't pickup the phone, so i request too all user don't make the mistake. I m facing the problem for last one month but still the problem is pending and no response from the company.
