Two months i bought a home theatre 5.1 channel from shop clues and it delivered after 6 days, after receiving the product i opened it and checked if all are working fine, then i find a fault in remote control as it is not working at all. Immediately i called shop clues customer support to report this issue, i raised a request of refund on the product in shop clues app. After two days they called me, why i wanted to return it i told them as the remote control is not working, then they told they will replace it, but i don't want replacement i only want the refund but they did not accepted the refund. I argued with them for sometime then they are accepted for refund but they told they don't have pickup service in my address and i need to courier the product to them on my own expense. I courier the product to them with 300 rs expense. After they received the product they told me that the product was physically damaged by me but i did not touched the product since i noticed the remote control problem but they are not heard me and they rejected my refund request and they couriered me the default product as it is. I am very disappointed with these service of shop clues. I never expected this type of service from shop clues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
