Padmapriya venkatesh - greivance cell air asia And Greivance cell - clearetrip Since this grievance is due to both cleartrip and airasia - i am forced to Write this mail to the grievance cells of both airasia and cleartrip. The details are here under : - I booked a return ticket from new delhi to vishakhapatnam in may'16 for Travel in feb'17 (6th feb and return on 10th feb). Flight no. I5-751 and I5-752. Pnr no. Kcsmtc and efqgkg. The total booking amount was rs. 3148/-. Then in july '16 after 2 months of booking i got a sms from airasia that These flights has been cancelled. No communication was received from Cleartrip and there was no sign of refund even after 2 months of cancelltion Cleartrip customer care asked me to first cancel the flight at their portal O that they can refund me the amount. Today i cancelled the ticket so that I can get the refund. After cancellation i got this mail that i will be refunded rs. 925/- against A booking amount of rs. 3148/ -. That means a deduction of rs. 2223 / - Almost 70 % deducted without any fault of the customer. Only fault was that I dared to trust airasia and cleartrip both. 1. Airline has deducted its charges of - rs. 1373 / - i request for Clarification regarding the reason for charges deducted. 2. Cleartrip deducted rs. 500 / - without any clarification. 3.
