Received an order and assembly instructions were missing and for the same i raised a complaint, On receiving my complaint i was provided a soft copy of the assembly manual and an assembly video which was really helpful but what was really nice and unexpected was that the assembly team arranged a video call and help me on every step of assembly process. Highly helpful and professional team. I will post another review once i use this product for long enough. But for now a full 5 star for product and service. Was this information helpful? |
