Safeexpress guys refused to deliver product on the 5th floor. The product that i ordered was heavy and the lift was out of service, i raised the complaint with pengu customer care and they made sure that product was delivered to my door step. My only suggestion that change the courier company as safeexpress their service is not good. We are happy with product and service of team pengu. Was this information helpful? |
