[Resolved]  Pengu — Broken Parts replacement

Received the order and when we opened the product few parts were damaged. We informed to pengu customer support and they have dispatch new parts as replacement. Expecting to receive the same today. Kindly also arrange assembly service immediately.

Received replacement for the damaged part and also the carpenter arrived for assembly. Product is really nice and everyone in my family loved the product. Thank you for a quick action taken to resolve the issue. Will recommend this brand to my friends and family.
