The packaging was very good but still few parts got damaged in transport, i was worried but after speaking to pengu customer support, they shipped out the new parts. Assembly got done on time and i am happy with the product. The best part i liked about the pengu is that they do not waste time collecting damaged parts before shipping new parts.
