Complaint marked as Resolved Received a call from the company today stating the reason for delay. Advised them that it is good practice to inform of such delays beforehand, especially when they are new and need to build trust. Though we need it urgently, a shoe rack is not an essential product and so we probably would have agreed to the wait time anyway. The issue is resolved and will hopefully remain so.
And you're right, they really need to have a robust customer service system in place if they don't intend to go bust soon.
