I had ordered a Pengu furniture from its official website more than a week ago, I’m calling multiple times to pengu for order summary or status but not getting any call from their side, the tracking details shared with me is showing one week old status not the updated one. Please help me is it a fake website or they delay the product delivery without any tracking update.

They call me and told me about the some issue with the courier van and also update and ensure me that it will be delivered on or before Sunday, March 5th 2013.
