[Resolved]  Pengu — Foldable Dining Table - Refund not processed since a year

I ordered a foldable dining table from Pengu thru their website https://thepengu.com/ Below are the details

5/7/2021 - Order placed and confirmation received - Order ID - DIR2929
20/7/2021 - Promised Delivery Date
23/7/2021 - Received an email stating that the order would be delayed due to a power cut at the factory and low staff and provided with options of a revised delivery date of 15/8/2021 or cancellation of the order and refund.
24/7/2021 - I confirmed that order to be cancelled and process the refund.
26/7/2021 - Pengu responded saying that the order is cancelled and refund would be processed within 5-7 Days.

It is been more than a year till date and I haven't received any refund till date. I have been following up continuously thru email, phone and chat and no answer from the company.

The customer care number [protected] is an IVR and always says that we have noted your number and our representative get in touch with you in 24 hrs. But no one revert back.

Once or twice I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the customer support executive thru chat and phone and they say that the issue will be resolved within one day. But nothing happen.

I insist the company to look into this and provide me the amount I paid for.
