I have also dealing with same problem with same product. Please file a complaint to consumer court as i am doing the same. Your testimony might help to bring this fraud down.

I have also dealing with the same kind of issue. I have ordered same product on 2nd November 2022 which should be delivered by 24th November2022. Worst thing is there is no Oder update from them. I am very much concerned as i have been trying to call them and their phone number is switched off. I believe that they are fraud. Please file a complaint to consumer court as our testimony can help to bring this fraud down and i am also going to do the same.
