The box seemed to have damaged in transport and on opening the box we found that there were some broken parts. We raised the issue with pengu team and they got us on video call to understand what parts were damaged. on the video call they explained us that the damage parts in the box is actually the packaging material and now the product parts. They explained that they use waste wooden boards for packaging purpose. After this they help us step by step on product assembly all over the video call.
