Hello everyone, please consider below expericen and learn from others mistakes. Thepengu.com is tottaly fake site, I am sharing my experince and chain mails below.

I orderd one dining table and 4 chairs total costing 20790, this one was foldable dining table, with 4 seprate chairs on 30th December, 2022. This was supposed to be delivered on 15th Jan, 2023.

But I received below email on January 14th about the delay in material and needed more time or they can refund. Please read after that how they are avoiding messages and site is tottaly fake.

There is no human being you can talk to, either you call, or chat you get same message, we will get back to you. best part is there domain name is registered on someone named Manish who does

not have this mobile number anymore, you give me one example where someone booked the domain on someone else mobile number, I realized this bit late after I have paid the money.

I will file complaint in consumer court for sure.

Dear Customer,

Sorry to inform you that due to some material issue the dispatch dates have been postponed and we do not wish to compromise on the quality of the product. Dispatch is supposed to be done as per timeline. We understand that this kind of dealing is not professional and not acceptable at all. Our commitments failed due to change of dates as suppliers end. We request you to extend your support and kind understanding by giving us one more opportunity to dispatch between 21-25 January 2023.

We understand that you have placed an order with a specific purpose and this delay may dilute the whole purpose of your purchase hence if you wish to cancel the order we can process a 100% refund. Having said this, I would request you to extend your support for a few days and we will get the product delivered.

Hi Team,

I have not received any initimation of initiating of refund. Because once I receive the initiation message then only between 2 to 7 days I get my money back? Can you please initiate the refund process?

We successfully processed the refund a few days back and an email was sent to you, however, the payments are still showing pending. This is mainly due to a change in a bank account at our end due to which refunds are bouncing back. Hi Team, this is the most pathetic experience I ever had, first of all I have not received any intimation of transferring the amount to my account,
if that is the case share the transaction details which got bounced back, also if you send the check via bluedart yesterday,
share the cheque details, example check number, name on the check or screenshot of the check,
also share the tracking details, I am fed up with your excuses, there is no team to support and its seems to be completely fraud company,
if you do not provide what I have asked by today 2:00 pm. I will file complaint against your company and spokespersons as well.

Hi Team,

I still have not received any reply, I sent you a message over the chat, I sent email, I tried contacting you over the phone but there is no direct option to talk to a human.

I am going to put my complaint in consumer court for sure. I need evidence if you have shipped my cheque, as I am sure you have not sent anything till now?

if you would have till now I would have got my money back. In the age of quick refunds, who uses the cheque method? You are wasting my time a lot.

Also not sharing any evidence of bank transfer related to refund, nor tracking number of cheque which as per you dispatching via bluedart? still not received any information?
