Hi Sir

I have lost my valuable Money and time with shaadi.com . I have taken there Gold membership on their Request and my profile Id is SH80549782 . As per the plan i am to use the said things like chat for the whole duration of the plan that expired on 14 march 2014.

But Today that is on 25th Dec 2014, i have been using there service still 7pm but after that there Chat service has been not working for me . I have complained to shaadi.com for that and it is almost 2 hours from now there is no help.They are simply bluffing me, They are saying various things and even they r saying that this chat functionality has been working at their end and but when i asked them for screeshots they said "I regret this inconvenience."

i need my money Back from them as i have wasted valuable time and money on the pretext of False promises with them. here i am attaching the whole conversation with them :

    Not only this guy, there are so many frauds, flirts and spammers in shaadi sites. Shaadi sites are encouraging those profiles instead of blocking them. There is one more fraud from Kerala aged above 50 years. He is playing with the ladies in all shaadi sites. He talks like a gentleman. He sends 10 or 20 years old 3 to 4 snaps of him. If you ask some new one, he tells some bundle stories. He tells he is working in abroad and has some good amount of money and property in Kerala. He assures ladies that he will be going to marry in 2 or 3 months after taking retirement. He tells that, he is going to meet her personally at the earliest as he is returning to job to tender resignation. But he never meets the ladies, by telling one or the other reason. He will be postponing the meeting. But Till 2 to 3 months he will be in touch with the ladies through mobile or email by telling he is communicating with that girl only. (But he will be communicating 2 to 3 ladies at a time). Finally he tells5 that he got visa suddenly and he is flying and tells to wait for 2 months. As soon as he comes back after taking retirement, he is going to marry definitely. And he will be in touch through one or two mails and then disappearing. Finally a new profile in all Shaadi sites. The girl will be waiting for that fraud, thinking he is a genuine person. He is doing the same business since so many years. He is roaming in shaadi sites by different names. He was in Shaadi.com by name Tony Philip (SH[protected] and Renjith.P. Both profiles are blocked now. Still he is created new accounts. Right now he is searching ladies to flirt in Shadi.com by name Renjith.P (SH[protected], in Jeevansathi (ZZTA1697) and in Bharath Matrimony (E2633966). Instead of blocking these type of flirts shaadi sites are encouraging them and making money. Because of these flirts real people are not getting benefit from these sites. Please ladies, be alert about this scoundrel. Don't waste your precious time. Well Wisher

      I have taken a select shaadi profile and my RM is Poornima Mathew (even dont want to write a salutation to her name) reporting to Hussain Morbiawala. I have been following up with them for long but all efforts were futile. They are least bothered to the reaosn we have taken their services. More than one family members cant contact them. They have their own list of people with them they would share once in 7 days. If we select some people from shaadi.com and ask them to contact, it would never be answered. It is immaterial whether you like any profile or not, they are least interested to revert to you on updates. They would like to broaden your requirements although you had joined seeking the reason that you had some specific requirements. You have to narrow down your search and remove the criteria that you had been looking for the prospective alliance since match would be difficult in that case. While joining, you would be ensured that they would look for prospective candidates from other than present on the website but believe me, it would never happen and they would share only 4 profiles every week. If you say that you did not like any one of them and share some other, they would revert to you only after 7 days. RM would be on leave most of the time and not bother to answer your call. One of the most awful experiences you would have as even RM's manager would be oblivious to your pains and behave in an indifferent manner. One of the worst services from the matrimonial site. Please never take any of their services. I am filing a complaint on them and taking them to the court. Would request other members to please avoid any services from them. You would have worst experience of your life and bound to feel cheated.

      I bought the premium service also. The profiles are FAKE. It's all the same. They are an engineer, widowed with a child, have to travel out of the country. (Normally Thailand). They talk to you for about a week, send fake photos, love poems from a site online, then say they have to travel to Thailand, send phony contract documents. These are nigerian scammers who will contact you. They take your money and also say that you have been "filtered out" by male members when you file a complaint. This is the WORST DATING SITE. Your complaints to management will not be answered. This person will go aways for a week, and be REPOSTED again. This is a waste of time and money. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!

        this company is set up to take your money and provide nothing in return...no replies. I would put them out of business... they are a bunch of scammers and perpetuate fraud !...these people make multi profile and chat and then never show these people make this fraud web to take innocent people money. they put no refund but someone should talk to these kind of companies who fraud and take come action internationally put them in jail.

          Complete agree to this. This happened with me too. 6 profiles expresses interest and when i had confirmed form shaadi representatives that they are not fake profiles and i can view their phone nos. I went ahead and bought the membership. It turns our i cannot see their phone nos. and Shaadi.com does not honors that now. And 2 of these profiles after 10 days have declined interest... how can that happen... I am pretty sure this is shaadi.com way of getting new customers to sign up...Being in India they are able to loot the common customers, turn a deaf year to their requests and just play with their emotions, as india does not have a good consumer court dispute center.. had this been US... i am pretty sure they would be paying a huge penalty for such a rude behavior towards the customer. Thats the reason this companies will never prosper like Amazon who are so great in respecting customers opinion and never disrespect them. I hope this post strengthens the belief expresses by the original sharer. Have much more add and planning to bombard shaadi.com tweets and facebook account in coming days.

            Dear Customer Care, , Pls delete this profile from Shaadi.com as this person is not really looking for marriage he is using shaadi.com as a Dating sites.. Guruprasad ( SH[protected] i meet him through shaadi.com. He is profeesional in fooling around family and gals, he first talks, make you fall in love and ditches you. To prove this i asked my frd to express interest and unbeliveable the history got repeated. his intentions were more into sex rather in shaadi or to any genuine since im all together in different coutryi didnt fall for his intentions but still he tried to have phone sex . Please gals be aware dont make him fool you.

              Below is the END series of email to and fro shaadi.com************* the biggest white collared thieves I have come across til date********people*** please be ware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


              The series of communication started from september 2013 around when we got a call from phoolbagan shaadicentre of Kolkata. They have their head office at Worli, Mumbai.

              A payment of Rs. 5530/- was done to h franchaisee's SBI account , the name was Anand Mahto. Some Anand Mahto, Indrani, madhumita basak came in picture first. Then some more polished moved into the scene from Mumbai...They were Lubna, Yasmin n so on. Finally without any servcie provision they promisd to refund the money, covered up the 6 onths duratio and finally said NO to mooney refund. I have assured them to pul them to consumer court, which I will do. This is just a start of it. I hope thse complaints are seriously taken action against. Below are 3 later mails andmost important the last one, which has a gest of the whole scenario.

I.e.: already 40 days out of 3 months are gone.
              Hence, the conclusion is; after the huge mis management and faulty service to a customer, and literally thieving the amount of 5530 in the name of providing prospect groom's profiles for over a period of six months, I.e.: 180 days, you want to smoothly eat off the money in the name of 50 days service.
              In 50 days, you will provide profiles fort nightly, which means the frequency of sending profiles will be max thrice. In that, you will not send more than 10 contacts per round, which makes it a maximum of 30 profiles, not so worth ...... for the amount of 5530.
              I sincerely apologize for having believed in the white collared thieves shaadi.com and repent for the same.
              If you have some decency and morale left in business you are carrying on, just be clear enough and refund the amount of 5530..... That is my first and last request to you.
              I am mentioning it again that I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANY MATRIMONIAL SERVICE FROM YOUR END.
              PLEASE CONFIRM THE DATE BY WHEN ARE YOU SENDING THE MONEY BACK the AMOUNT OF RS. 5530. BY DD IT WILL BE PREFERABLE AS YOUR CHEQUE MAY BOUNCE.

                Hello,

                I want to share my feedback/comment on the select shaadi service of shaadi.com. I took this service on 21st March for 90 days. My order ID is[protected]. At first they allocated me a Relationship Manager who would hardly call me to give me any updates on the days she was working and above that she used to be on leave quite frequently. After 15 days of going through this, We realized there is absolutely no progress in this. Then, we requested shaadi.com to change our Relationship Manager. Now its been 2.5 months since we have this RM and here's how 2.5 months have gone;

                1. Every update will be that the prospect has not picked up the call/switched off or the prospect will check and revert. This is the kind of response we got from our RM for more than 100 profiles. Can anyone believe the same answer can be given by so many profiles including accepted members? I feel because each RM handles 12-15 profiles so they just don't work in interest of a customer and i doubt if they really talk well to the prospect or they even call also.

                2. Secondly, They work according to their system generated dates. Suppose the RM sends you 7 profiles and in a day or 2 you realize that it's not working out for these profiles then your RM will sit with these profiles for another 4-5 days and will send new profiles only after his system generates the date for sending new matchmail and if you ask them they will say its so called process. Imagine you loosing 4-5 days after each match mail doing nothing in service for 90 days.

                3. Thirdly, RM have a problem giving updates to two family members. For e.g. if the person is staying in some other location and family in another than RM will clearly say I will not be able to give updates to two people. Should, this really be case when world is going global. These days many people are staying away from family for work. With this kind of attitude, you will always be confused about the progress.

                My question is if the RM can't handle so many customers at a time, then why do they sell their select shaadi service as a personalized service. I never got a feel in these 2.5 months that RM is really bothered about the welfare of the customer.

                I believe they should check their audio recordings for all this and educate RMs to work in customer's favor. I feel I wasted my 13000 rupees and I am fooled by their sales folks for all the customized offering which they say.I strongly discourage anybody to take this service. It's just waste of time and money.

                  Shaadi.com is a frauderster company and playing against people's heart. They firstly pursuade you to buy their expensive packages and then lead you in the dark. I was constantly pestered by Shaadi Centre Malad staff to buy their 3 months pagage for Rs 4,000, they will give you high hopes, high pitches for their sites and high promises to get any eligible bride. They will take your money immediately and there will be no customer support after that and no refund if want to cancel it and your complaints will not be entertained.

                  The day since I was forcefully enrolled, I wanted to know what all the hype is all about, so I starting logging into their website to find a suitable bride for my brother in law and to my surprise there were only 10-12 members available within their Database for the whole of Jharkhand , out of which some of the profiles were very old and outdated. I would have not expected such a poor database from such a reputed provider. Being an paid member I would have expected more added features than the free members, but my expectations were let down. The paid service is as bad as it gets, just to name a few issues, I couldnt see the full profile for the members, only one picture is seen for some members and others have none, If i send any request I just get informed that the member has been notified about your interest and I dont get any contact details to contact the member, If I try to chat with any of the members, I cannot chat with them as it asks me to upgrade. What kind of paid service is this?

                  I feel their free service is much better than the paid one as at least I can read the members whole profile and can see their whole album. The paid service is not worth the money as promised by their executives. I logged a complaint and requested for my membership to be cancelled and full refund for my membership and cancel my subscription with immediate effect. But to my surpise no one seem to be bothered to reply back and after repeated reminders Sarika called me asking why am I sending these reminders in her name and there is no refund policy within their company. Since then I am still waiting for their reply and would be writing again to them for my hard earned money refund.
                  We already have a refund related mail from them but there is no refund and not one seems to be bothered.
                  the executives are liars .

                  PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SHAADI CENTRE MALAD AS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE AND YOUR DREAM FOR A GOOD PARTNER WILL BE SHATTERED. PASS ON THIS MESSAGE TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AND CLOSE DOWN THEIR ILLEGAL BUSINESS.

                    Based on one acceptance I have paid the amount to marriage web site shaadi but the accepted member profile is wrong. their phone no. is wrong without veryfing the telephone number they have wrongly given acceptance and it has been proved wrong. The same has been informed to them so many times through 24x7 live chat with so many executives. But I have received evasive reply. I want to refund the amount to me immediately and I have given enough time. but they have not refunded the amount. Already supreme court has warned the shaadi web for their wrong doing

                      ShaadiCenter.com is a fraud channel of business established by Mr. Anupam Mittal.

                      I don't claim that above named person is a fraud but its very very probable and practical that in order to compensate loss generated form other business a smart business man do establish supporting cushion of such fraudulent business.

                      Some Observations on THE BUSINESS POLICY

                      1) Their so called proficient marriage broker never ring/call/talk to the selected entity.(not even premium but only mailer conversation)
                      2) At the time of selling premium membership the sales team promises that you can select candidate from shaadi.com (any sort of membership) and from shaadicenter.com. and then we will arrange a meeting.
                      3) When you will select some candidate, the shaadicenter.com sales team starts asking the selected to buy premium member ship saying somebody from premium membership have short listed you.
                      4) If that candidate decline/make excuse, no matter how much you keep following up with the assigned agent/broker they will never arrange a conversation of meeting, so your premium membership money is wasted because somebody else is not ready to pay above general membership amount


                      SMALL FACT

                      Before my payment, just to have confirmation. I went though the web site of shaadi.com pulled up customer care number and made call. My call passed through many transfers and finally I was given full address of shaadicenter.com (Dadar Branch Mumbai) and branch manager MR. Venkatesh’s contact number ([protected] /[protected].
                      Now when the payment is over, 2 months have passed under their zero ATTEMPT ( I am not talking about zero result) zero attempt of shaadicenter.com, when I complained at customer care of shaadi.com they clearly declined existence of any such branch (my mail conversation with customer care ID of shaadi.com can be found below.

                      Its well known that www.shaadi.com has a parallel line of business all over India that WORKs through branch/centers and this section of business of Mr. Anupam Mittal is named as www.shaadicenter.com

                      Here when I say WORK I talk about the work of the efficient sales team well trained to convince and take about handsome money form aspiring marriage candidates.


                      At the time of sales pitch few things which are promised
                      1) You might be member of shaadi.com but there no body is there to help you personally. You will be able to only express your interest or send mail. Talking directly in such situation is very difficult.
                      2) To solve this problem shaadi.com has a separate section where our expert marriage brokers will call on your behalf and set meeting in our office itself
                      3) The sales lady said, lot of convincing and advocating is required to arrange a meeting that you will not be able to do on your own, but we will do this for you.
                      4) We will arrange 30 such meeting in your package of 3 months

                      After the payment of Rs 10,500 on 23rd of sept 2012 the performance is as follows
                      1) Silence for 12 days no registration call or SMS nothing. When I called on the two numbers on their bill both were numbers of some IT institutions
                      2) From shaadi.com customer care I got information that Airtel connection at Dadar branch Mumbai is not working
                      3) Initially(after one month that also stopped) the so call expert marriage broker, assigned to handle my case; would send intimation to 5 candidates in a week in within their portal of shaadicenter.com and then that’s it. THE WORK IS OVER
                      4) When ever I have called hardly the phone is picked and I get an answer “ Madam wo reply hee nahi de rahe hain”

                      You have set up a process of excellent training to your sales team. You must have allocated a budget in business expenditure for that

                      1. Your agent sends a mail to people whom I select, inwithin her
                      selection. Reply may or may not come but at this point the work of
                      your shaadi center.com is over. At the time of briefing the service to
                      take big payment your executive explained that “Mam you wont be able
                      to talk to all whom you select but we from here will call them talk to
                      them and arrange meetings” Now your executive says “ ham log bahut
                      kar rahe hai “ its clearly apparent to the customer that
                      bahut to kar rahe hai magar aaram.

                      2. I did not want any printed letter so I asked for email (print
                      screen copy paste on word) in place of weekly printed letter of short
                      listed(by you team itself) profiles. I have been continuously
                      reminding your concerned agent for that now I get to here from you
                      agent ‘ mai aap ke liye sab ke mail thode na bhejte baithoongi”
                      (kindly grade your service in 1 to 10 scale)

                      3. Number of times I have been calling the center manager and tried to
                      make him understand, but by now I have understood its completely
                      useless talking to him. Do you think you always have time to travel 40
                      to 45 km just to say that I am not getting update of efforts???

                      4. More than 15 days delay in start program after payment was there
                      but registration date was taken same as date of payment, no
                      information on status.

                      5. You guys don’t even have trick of posting add in news paper.
                      Classified is not mend brokers. For matrimony purpose nobody will
                      give response to a broker in classified
                      Please note if you guys were to do very same thing I was capable of
                      doing why did pay 10500 to a mediator, why to surf internet OR to
                      send mails? OR post add in classified.
                      The payment was made to talk to prospects, advocate and materialize
                      meetings, not to send mails and surf portal. If after meeting result
                      was zero then it would not have your issue.
                      Not a single meeting was called in almost near to 2 months, you guys
                      are pathetic in your performance.

                        I am not against what is posted on this site. But I wanna ask few questions.

                        If all of them knew so much about him, for what they all waited so long....???!!!

                        Why anyone among you took any actions when he was there in Mumbai...??

                        Dolphia, you knew much details, his professional role, his family, his relations with so many girls, his habit of duping innocent girls and then taking valuable items in the name of gifts..and even blackmailing....

                          Duplicate IDs of a fraud person

                          This ID # SH29941089 of a fraud person was deactivated by shaadi.com people as they received several complaints against him. Again this fraud person created another fake ID # "SH91564266" in shaadi.com & matrimony people confirmed that the identity is same of the person holding this IDs. Are matrimony people waiting for him to do fraud again then they will deactivate his ID? The validation dept. should check the genuineness...

                          We regret to have chosen select shaadi membership as we have been cheated. The service was very bad. We never got even a single accepted profile from select shaadi. The relationship manager never bothered to call on time and do any follow up. When we called either there will be no response or he was on leave. So we decided to end this membership to get our money back as given in the website: select shaadi - professional match making services....

                          My bio Id is A132753. There are..mejor. mistakes in my bio data.I informed them at that time only at your Pune Law College Rd Branch office. There is no correction in my Profile .Please do it Possitively and send me immediatly. So request you to do the needful corrections as early as possible and consider my three months period after correction only.

                            Shaadi.com is a frauderster company and playing against people's heart. They firstly pursuade you to buy their expensive packages and then lead you in the dark. My Brother was constantly pestered by Shaadi Centre Malad staff to buy their 3 months pagage for Rs 4,000, they will give you high hopes, high pitches for their sites and high promises to get any eligible bride. They will take your money immediately and there will be no customer support after that and no refund if want to cancel it and your complaints will not be entertained.

                            The day since I was forcefully enrolled, I wanted to know what all the hype is all about, so I starting logging into their website to find a suitable bride for myself in Mumbai, to my surprise there were only 10-12 members available within their Database for the whole of Mumbai, out of which some of the profiles were very old and outdated. I would have not expected such a poor database from such a reputed provider. Being an paid member I would have expected more added features than the free members, but my expectations were let down. The paid service is as bad as it gets, just to name a few issues, I couldnt see the full profile for the members, only one picture is seen for some members and others have none, If i send any request I just get informed that the member has been notified about your interest and I dont get any contact details to contact the member, If I try to chat with any of the members, I cannot chat with them as it asks me to upgrade. What kind of paid service is this?

                            I feel their free service is much better than the paid one as at least I can read the members whole profile and can see their whole album. The paid service is not worth the money as promised by their executives. I logged a complaint and requested for my membership to be cancelled and full refund for my membership and cancel my subscription with immediate effect. But to my surpise no one seem to be bothered to reply back and after repeated reminders Sarika called me asking why am I sending these reminders in her name and there is no refund policy within their company. Since then I am still waiting for their reply and would be writing again to them for my hard earned money refund.

                            PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SHAADI CENTRE MALAD AS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RELIABLE AND YOUR DREAM FOR A GOOD PARTNER WILL BE SHATTERED. PASS ON THIS MESSAGE TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE AND CLOSE DOWN THEIR ILLEGAL BUSINESS.

We are not against online matrimonial sites, but we want to filter out unwanted people who are not serious for marriage or create account just for casual dating.                             I took shaadi center 6 month membership (Bhubaneswar Orissa) and I got shocked when they gave me few profiles and when contacted came to know they already married. Few contact numbers are also wrong and 90% profiles no where near to my matching criteria. After payment they didn't receive my call, I had to call from different numbers. So when I visited their office found them busy in doing online shopping. So guys don't waste your time & money.

                              Hi,

                              We purchased a deal from Shaadi center (Lucknow) a subsidiary of Shaadi.com, for providing sixty suitable matches as per my son's Bio-data Form filled on 16.5.11 for Rs 4400.00 paid through cheque dated 16.5.11.

                              After several repetitive requests they sent only 35 profiles, out of which only 15 were as per our specifications like caste etc provided to them at time of registration, rest were non matching profiles.

                              Every time we called we were told to wait and they will start sending the appropriate proposals, but they did not held up their promise.
                              In my last attempt to communicate with Shaadi.com, even though I was communicating with shaadi.com and also sending mails to shaadicentre.com constantly I was told that now the time has past by of the contract and that I should have taken this up before.

                              Now I'm left helpless. Please help me out with this one.
