A guy named Ganesh Narayanan from Shaadi.com kept calling us continuously everyday asking us to pay 15000 to get premium services where a consultant will be given to us to show profiles and insisted us to trust him that there were 2000+ profiles and if expected service not given he said he will refund the money. We trusted and we went to chennai office to verify what he said and there vignesh selvan referred by Ganesh to check promised the same that 2000 profiles were there and insisted us to pay 15000 to get access and if promised service not given he said he will refund we trusted and paid money but the consultant assigned didn’t even show more than 20 profiles and it’s been 2 months and we have raised complaints 3 times and they said they won’t refund money and that they will try giving the services we tried getting the profile but no one helped one consultant named bala krishnan said he didn’t have any profiles and 2000 profiles are not there at all so we requested again for refund of at least half the amount which they are not giving also the guy vignesh Selvan sent audio recordings in whatsapp saying we won’t any profiles for my brother and miscommunication in family and said all those mean words

Shaadi.com is regularly involved with fraud with the amount of daily scammers involved with it & providing services without knowing wether both parents & children consent to it from both sides of the union. I would take shaadi.com to the police & court action if I was a local in Mumbai. We all must boycott shaadi.com as soon as possible before we are victims of its online fraud! Anupam Mittal is the Rat in his 50’s behind this & he will keep on going with shaadi.com aka Fraud until he drops. Frauding both families from authentic matrimony & indulging in online romance fraud with fake profiles are just a few of the concerns regarding this online business. It is a life time mission to drop shaadi.com before we are all victims of Fraud through greed or a lack of senses in the online environment. Please say goodbye to online matrimony from India because it doesn’t suit India! shaadi.com the real complaints will only continue against you… (we have Fraud seekers reading this)

The Arranged marriage system of India has devastated the lives of the NRIs who don’t believe in it. East Indians devote their only life towards arranging the marriage of their loved ones (but they don’t join those two on the bed). If you try to escalate the non-belief in this practice then losses will occur because this practice is India’s framework. Non-believers can’t dent a hole in it. The life of the East Indian is only about arranged marriage conflicting with non-believers. I would recommend avoiding shaadi.com’s arranged marriage system. It seems like nonsense to me. Sex is only between two people but not more, sorry shaadi.com

The customer care from Shaadi.com is forcing people to buy membership plan. They are quoting high prices for the membership whereas the actual price was showing far less in shaadi app. When I told them over the call that I am able to see the less price in shaadi application, they swiftly updated the price from backend and increases the price, thinking that the customer is a fool. They also placed the order on my behalf for Platinum Plus membership without any consent and sent the link for the payment. This is purely a scam going on. I am from IT industry so these things I am fully aware of. I don't know for how much people they have done the same thing and they have fallen for them. Also they have list of all fake profiles that they manage themselves to fool people.

Please refund my amount for my previous plan as most of them profiles were fake and did not get any response.

Shaadi.com is connected to a international scam network involving a conspiracy theory to cause harm to others including but not limited to emptying out the bank accounts o[censored]sers and causing prominent people to disappear.

With respect to the order number:[protected]., i have initiated the refund request., as the service specified in the call is purely different from the actual.
Registered on 7th december time:8:00 ist., cancellation request on 7th december time: 9:00 ist. I conveyed the team that i am not happy with the service. Vip shaadi team is prolonging the matter., even though i said to cancel the service. I am not taking the service and the amount is been charged. It here by clearly presents the case example of consumer looting and fraud without any prior proper information., do the needful.

I write to express my rave concgerns and profound disappointment concerning the VIP services that I procured from your esteemed organization.

1. Breach of Representations: I was explicitly assured by Mr. Aditya Takar that the services would encompass 100% discreetness, boutique-style matchmaking, and handpicked, curated, verified profiles. I was never informed, nor is it anywhere documented, that the profiles shared with me would be sourced from the same database available to free users. This stands as a breach of representation and a miscommunication on your end.

2. Consistent Inaction and Redundancy: From the very commencement of the service, I have consistently expressed my discontent regarding the quality and relevance of the profiles presented to me. The consultant's recurring provision of identical profiles, some of which I had already connected with prior to my VIP subscription, is inexcusable and reflects a concerning lack of attention to detail and customer needs.

3. Avoidance and Insensitivity: My multiple requests to engage in discussions with senior members for issue redressal have been repeatedly and inappropriately sidestepped by Executive Deepak. Further, when I was eventually connected to a senior manager, the advice to expand my search criteria to a different religion due to database limitations was not only insensitive but could be viewed as a potential legal transgression. The suggestion evidences a concerning desperation on your end and raises questions about the ethics and professionalism of your team. When you lack the database to fulfill my needs, I am left pondering the tangible benefits of the VIP membership in comparison to the unprofessionalism and unscrupulous methods I have encountered.

Following my complaint, Ms. Rajani took an inordinate amount of time, four weeks, to merely comprehend my grievances, only to provide an inadequate solution. When I approached her regarding a possible refund due to my dissatisfaction, my concerns were casually dismissed with the mere extension of service days.

I must underscore that despite the exalted claims, there is a palpable lack of distinction between your complimentary services and those you provide to VIP members. In essence, my association with your organization has, regrettably, been characterized by inefficacy, wasted resources, and considerable distress.

The persistent issues, coupled with an evident lack of organization and customer-centricity within your team, have eroded my trust and confidence in your ability to deliver the promised services.

In light of the above, I urge you to acknowledge the gravity of my situation and, in the interest of preventing further distress on my part, I formally request the termination of my VIP membership, a complete refund of the amount paid, and the unlocking of my profile.

I await a prompt and positive resolution to this matter.

I have created my profile few days ago bought premium membership yesterday, for profile verification my profile goes review they are not giving response about that, plz active my profile i have read many articles about this issue i see profile look screening will take 24 to, 48 to activation, but after 6 months they face same issue this is trusted that, s why i love to used, in pakistan have many applications but i prefer everyone shaadi.com, even i did, t violate anything few days ago i made my profile premium membership i bought yesterday. plz help me to active my profile

Shaadi.com is a Fraud that can be reported at anytime because someone else on your behalf is getting you married but you aren’t the one who gets yourself married (keep that clear)- it’s the family’s decision on your behalf. Anupam Mittal is a tiny Indian clown who makes money off this type of fraud (family marriage basically that’s what it is). It has nothing to do with sex keep that clear until after the family approves of it of course. shaadi.com is restricted to ‘India/Pak./Bangladesh/Sri Lanka’ due to these reasons mentioned. Basically if the son or daughter don’t want to have intercourse with that person then it won’t happen but if they do & the family doesn’t approve for whatever reason then intercourse still doesn’t happen! It’s a 2-way street & of course because of this it’s a nonsense App or time waste. Please avoid this useless App before you lose money because of it.

They are the number 1 frauds in India. They are cheating people like anything in India. They are the biggest frauds of this 21st century. Anupam Mittal and his men are looting us just like anything in India. Govt should take action against these social abuses and banned them completely.

I had paid 2994 on 4th March for premium membership but there aren't suitable matches. Company is denying to refund the money.

I had paid 2994 on March 4th. But upon checking the portal, i found out that there are not enough matches for me. Further, the company promised to provide contact details of suitable matches which it failed to provide. Upon raising complaint, company told me that it can't refund the amount.

I would like to make a official complaint against shaadi.com. I was previously a paid member for just under a year during that time my profile went under numerous random validation and was asked to upload a form of I.D I multiple times uploaded my driving licence or passport. Unsure why I had to so it soo many times.

My profile was deleted due to me apparently breaching terms and conditions. I asked for my profile to be reactivated and after months of going back and forth with customer service they are asking me for numerous more documents.

They want education document. Despite me not claiming I am a degree holder I left after high school over 20 years ago they want certificates. This makes no sense I am not educated! If I was claiming i am a degree holder I would understand the need for proof. I have explained this numerous times but they want listen

Income and employment proof. As I have already given my I.D documents numerous times I feel very uncomfortable with sharing more personal information I don't see why this is required for a matrimony site

They have also asked me to give a certificate proving I am unmarried. This is not even possible in the UK we don't get given certificates to say we are single!

I only suspect shaadi.com is doing some type of fraud with people's documents

Shaadi.com is the Biggest Fraud on Earth taking place openly. 90% of the Files are fake. When you try to search the lady from whom you have got the invitation you won't find her on any Social media platform. How it's possible that in 21st Century person is not using any FB, Insta, Twitter or LinkedIn.

Everyday i get Invitations from the girls and when i send them message to take the matter further they stop replying. It is happening with me from last 6 months. I have got over 100 Invitations with none of them have seen or Replied to my messages. Why any person will send you an Invitation if she is not interested in replying to the messages...It's 100% Fake website. The story is same with its subsidiary - Jeevansaathi.com. Majority of profiles are FAKE with ladies not replying to the messages after sending the Invitations.

I was holding an Premium Membership of Shaadi.com earlier. One of their sales person named Sejal coaxed me into going for Select Shaadi services promising that the services have improved and we will get value for money for the Select services package which costed INR 14000/-. We were very reluctant though as we had a bad experience in the past as well.

After going in for the Select services, we have'nt been getting relevant profiles. Moreover some of the profiles do not even match my partner preferences. There seems to be an automated system thats doing this work randomly than an agent actually handling the customer profile. Services are not delivered as promised. I had already mentioned to them several times that we are looking for personalized services not post man services.

Having said I' am not getting value for money spent on this services and am looking to dis-continue this service and have a refund back to my account. I am happy with Premium services itself. The company or their employees are wasting the money of the customer and thereby cheating them.

I would like to register my complaint against SHAADI.COM premium Select Service plan that promised to offer personalized service at a cost of Rs 15, 000/- paid for 3 months starting April 24 2022. Sana Khan Pooja Chawla and Kavita Relationship Manager from delhi does not understand the requirement and keep pushing non relevant profiles. They leave everything on you from searching profiles to connecting. I have spent money for NO SERVICE. Can u please help me take my money back services is still not ended .

I have activated my profile and purchased a premium membership, now they deactivated the profile without any reason and I loose my benefits and money.

Shaadi.com sales team called me multiple times and insisted me to take premium membership of 30000.They said guaranteed money back if we are not able to arrange a meeting in one month.They were not able to arrange a single meeting and are not ready to return my money.Its been 2.5 months..not even a single meeting they have arranged.They took all money by making false promises.
