My shaadi.com has been disabled without a reason.Please help me reactivate it.

On 20-Feb-2022 Shaadi.com charge me Rupees 1238 to upgrade my profile. But no upgrade would done by Shaadi.com . As I talk to the customer care of Shaadi.com executive they are saying no amount given to them. I have made the payment through Kotak Mahindra Bank online UPI, and which is successful it done. Shaadi.com executive saying they want my Bank account statement, which I have given to them thousands of times
But no needful would be done by shaadi.com. I went to the Kotak Mahindra Bank and ask them, they are saying your amount is successful deducted from account 20-Feb-2022. Today is 10 March and still issue is the same. Shaadi.com are scammers. Somebody please help.

My profile has been deactivated, written email to grievance officer, submitted all the documents as desired, despite of repeated reminders to Mr Shaikh, no resolution till date and profile not reactivated...

Totally useless, waste of time and money..guys plz dont buy any membership. Fake application or website just to make you fool and make money. Once you become paid membership then you won’t get any response from any member and no help from shaadi.com team, no one calls neither response to tour emails or call. Indian government

After much persuasion, people do not understand and are ready to fight.

I am Chockalingam aged 38 yrs and working as Team Lead with an MNC, a leading IT company in Bangalore and am searching for life partner.

I created a profile (SH[protected] for myself and I have purchased VIP subscriptions in Shaadi.com and which is valid for one year.

Fake acceptances

You will get message that someone accepted your profile. When you find the contact number for that acceptance and call that number, you will come to know that it was a fake acceptance as that contact used to say that, they did not accept and something was wrong with Shaadi.com site. Same will happen for almost 99.9% acceptances. You will run out of contacts as you are tired of finding the contact and calling them. Finally, you will end up in purchasing another subscription again.

My personal experience:

I found contacts of accepted profiles and spoke to them. I got to know that they also experienced the same as they used to get fake acceptances.

Many fake profiles:

You will find many fake profiles easily. When you look at the information on the profiles, you will see Gilre's age as 18 yrs and their educational qualification is ME / MTech.

I am tired of reporting the same with shaadi officials.

Paid member can not find contact numbers.

You can not find contacts details of a profile that matches your expectations as 99% of Bride’s / Girls’s profile contact numbers are locked by Shaadi offcials.

Your account will be suspended or hidden.

Your account will be locked / suspended If you keep searching for profiles and keep sending interests.

I got a prompt from shaadi.com that I need to submit proof of documents again. I did not get any prompt to upload documents when I was purchasing the subscription.

I have submitted my voter ID and I am awaiting for my account to get unlocked. I am not sure, if I can access my profile again.

My profile was suddenly deactivated and they asked to submit an ID proof for verification. After I submitted my PAN card, they asked to provide an alternative ID. I also submitted my Driver's License. However, the profile has still not been activated.

I called up Customer Support and the representative continued to repeat that they now need my Passport and Aadhar Card. Who are they to ask for my sensitive documents, especially when they couldn't even validate the ones I submitted.

I told them I can share additional document over a video call, but unable to send them a copy of these documents since due to their sensitive nature. However, the support representative continued to repeat the same templated response a couple dozen times.

This seems to be a common complaint with shaadi.com where profiles are deactivated with request for ID proofs, and when documents are submitted, they continue to ask for additional documents. This happens more often after a payment is made to them for membership.

Their customer support is really poor and unprofessional. I want my profile back, but they are unable to validate perfectly valid IDs, and it is still deactivated for no fault of mine.

We've created my sister's profile and also took a premium membership but they deactivated that profile without any reason. I connect to their customer adviser who asked for the government I'd proof and that too via whatsapp. I don't find it sensible in any way to share such sensitive documents to someone who is not even ready to confirm their validation and authenticity. It is totally irresponsible on the part of shaadi team...

I have paid 35000/- and available vip service where i will get relationship manager who can filter best geniune profile as per my requirement and arrange meetings. But as per commitment not a single meeting arranged. My package for 3 month in which 2 months already finished. Now they are telling we can give you profiles but are not responding they can't do anything.
Shaadi.com having 70% fake profiles.
I ask to cancel service and refund money they are not agree.

They deleted my account without any notice where I paid 100 dollars to them already and asking for confedential docs like my degree and employment letter. I am in Canada and here we can provide these kind of stuff to any vendor.

I created my account just 10 days back and suddenly they put my profile temporarily on hold for validation asking for an Id proof. For which i uploaded my pan card.
It still did not reactivate and then i tried contacting their help desk which they dont have.
No one answers the contact numbers mentioned which i tried calling endlessly.
Then i receive a mail asking for my passport, DL, education certificate, marital status...

I got a marketing call from shaadi.com on sunday at 9.39 pm . When i asked for the reason, he told me that his company authorized him to call at this time. his number is [protected]. This was a whatapp call. I need a explanation and authorization letter that shaadi.com authorized him to customer at this time on sunday and that to whatapp call.

Almost upload my id proof & still is banned.

I had registered My ID in shaadi.com. there Company name is People Interactive (I) Private Limited. They took a Premium Membership from me for One Full Year and later One Female Member abused me on WhatsApp Chat, I had immediately blocked her, when I had reported that I'd to [protected]@shaadi.com, rather than taking action against that Offender, shaadi.com deleted My I'd. Lastly after repeated request by me to shaadi.com to please activate My I'd, they always said I had abused to the women, infact I never abused to any woman, I also shared the screenshots of the conversation of woman where she had abused me, but I didn't abuse her in anyways. Due to this ongoing pandemic (Corona), courts are closed and i have all the evidence against shaadi.com which is a fraud company, I have registered a criminal case against shaadi.com also and shared all the information to shaadi.com. also the Court case no is 657/2021. It's a criminal case against there employee Mr Sameer Boricha and shaadi.com as well. Due to court being closed due to COVID-19, the proceedings of the case are at halt. But the moment courts open up and I go to the courts once again after Vaccination, I will make sure that Proper legal action and justice will be meted out to me in this case. It's a case of 420 ipc and defamation as well. I have all the proofs with me.

I have paid Rs.4942/- to shaddi. com on 02.0.2021and seeking the refund the same as not received any suitable proposal.

We are from vellakovil 10 passanger are travelling with us.A bus depature from covai to trichy via palladam, kangeyem, vellakovil, Karur. It is not a point to point bus. This must stop in each bus stand.. but in singanallur bus stand they are allowing only trichy passenger to in..they are making us to wait outside.once seat full they are telling us to travel by next bus..all the conductor are in the same view especially evening after 4.30 pm..i request the authority to interfere it and to solve..i hope this problm will fix.
