Totally useless, waste of time and money..guys plz dont buy any membership. Fake application or website just to make you fool and make money. Once you become paid membership then you won’t get any response from any member and no help from shaadi.com team, no one calls neither response to tour emails or call. Indian government

I am Chockalingam aged 38 yrs and working as Team Lead with an MNC, a leading IT company in Bangalore and am searching for life partner.

I created a profile (SH[protected] for myself and I have purchased VIP subscriptions in Shaadi.com and which is valid for one year.

Fake acceptances

You will get message that someone accepted your profile. When you find the contact number for that acceptance and call that number, you will come to know that it was a fake acceptance as that contact used to say that, they did not accept and something was wrong with Shaadi.com site. Same will happen for almost 99.9% acceptances. You will run out of contacts as you are tired of finding the contact and calling them. Finally, you will end up in purchasing another subscription again.

My personal experience:

I found contacts of accepted profiles and spoke to them. I got to know that they also experienced the same as they used to get fake acceptances.

Many fake profiles:

You will find many fake profiles easily. When you look at the information on the profiles, you will see Gilre's age as 18 yrs and their educational qualification is ME / MTech.

I am tired of reporting the same with shaadi officials.

Paid member can not find contact numbers.

You can not find contacts details of a profile that matches your expectations as 99% of Bride’s / Girls’s profile contact numbers are locked by Shaadi offcials.

Your account will be suspended or hidden.

Your account will be locked / suspended If you keep searching for profiles and keep sending interests.

I got a prompt from shaadi.com that I need to submit proof of documents again. I did not get any prompt to upload documents when I was purchasing the subscription.

I have submitted my voter ID and I am awaiting for my account to get unlocked. I am not sure, if I can access my profile again.

My profile was suddenly deactivated and they asked to submit an ID proof for verification. After I submitted my PAN card, they asked to provide an alternative ID. I also submitted my Driver's License. However, the profile has still not been activated.

I called up Customer Support and the representative continued to repeat that they now need my Passport and Aadhar Card. Who are they to ask for my sensitive documents, especially when they couldn't even validate the ones I submitted.

I told them I can share additional document over a video call, but unable to send them a copy of these documents since due to their sensitive nature. However, the support representative continued to repeat the same templated response a couple dozen times.

This seems to be a common complaint with shaadi.com where profiles are deactivated with request for ID proofs, and when documents are submitted, they continue to ask for additional documents. This happens more often after a payment is made to them for membership.

Their customer support is really poor and unprofessional. I want my profile back, but they are unable to validate perfectly valid IDs, and it is still deactivated for no fault of mine.

We've created my sister's profile and also took a premium membership but they deactivated that profile without any reason. I connect to their customer adviser who asked for the government I'd proof and that too via whatsapp. I don't find it sensible in any way to share such sensitive documents to someone who is not even ready to confirm their validation and authenticity. It is totally irresponsible on the part of shaadi team...

I have paid 35000/- and available vip service where i will get relationship manager who can filter best geniune profile as per my requirement and arrange meetings. But as per commitment not a single meeting arranged. My package for 3 month in which 2 months already finished. Now they are telling we can give you profiles but are not responding they can't do anything.
Shaadi.com having 70% fake profiles.

They deleted my account without any notice where I paid 100 dollars to them already and asking for confedential docs like my degree and employment letter. I am in Canada and here we can provide these kind of stuff to any vendor.

I created my account just 10 days back and suddenly they put my profile temporarily on hold for validation asking for an Id proof. For which i uploaded my pan card.
It still did not reactivate and then i tried contacting their help desk which they dont have.
No one answers the contact numbers mentioned which i tried calling endlessly.
Then i receive a mail asking for my passport, DL, education certificate, marital status...

I got a marketing call from shaadi.com on sunday at 9.39 pm . When i asked for the reason, he told me that his company authorized him to call at this time. his number is [protected]. I had registered My ID in shaadi.com. there Company name is People Interactive (I) Private Limited. They took a Premium Membership from me for One Full Year and later One Female Member abused me on WhatsApp Chat, I had immediately blocked her, when I had reported that I'd to [protected]@shaadi.com, rather than taking action against that Offender, shaadi.com deleted My I'd. Lastly after repeated request by me to shaadi.com to please activate My I'd, they always said I had abused to the women, infact I never abused to any woman, I also shared the screenshots of the conversation of woman where she had abused me, but I didn't abuse her in anyways. Due to this ongoing pandemic (Corona), courts are closed and i have all the evidence against shaadi.com which is a fraud company, I have registered a criminal case against shaadi.com also and shared all the information to shaadi.com. also the Court case no is 657/2021. It's a criminal case against there employee Mr Sameer Boricha and shaadi.com as well. Due to court being closed due to COVID-19, the proceedings of the case are at halt. But the moment courts open up and I go to the courts once again after Vaccination, I will make sure that Proper legal action and justice will be meted out to me in this case. It's a case of 420 ipc and defamation as well. I have all the proofs with me.

I have paid Rs.4942/- to shaddi. com on 02.0.2021and seeking the refund the same as not received any suitable proposal.

We are from vellakovil 10 passanger are travelling with us.A bus depature from covai to trichy via palladam, kangeyem, vellakovil, Karur. It is not a point to point bus. This must stop in each bus stand.. but in singanallur bus stand they are allowing only trichy passenger to in..they are making us to wait outside.once seat full they are telling us to travel by next bus..all the conductor are in the same view especially evening after 4.30 pm..i request the authority to interfere it and to solve..i hope this problm will fix. I am writing this to file against VIP shaadi.
My profile id is 85989663. I had activated diamond membership 3 weeks ago. Then, on 27 Feb 2021, i got call from miss Rupal from vip shaadi to upgrade from diamond to Vip membership. She was like go for vip as we find best match for you. Then i asked for prices, so she was like sir before that let’s see that do they have enough profiles for you or not. I was like ok then she transferred call to mr. Krishna Tiwari and i was told that they have enough profiles to show me so i was like ok let’s try and i paid the amount of $600 immediately.

After hang up, i was thinking about conversation in which first one, when i asked Mr krishna Tiwari that what about Money if i won’t get match in 3 months so he manipulated the conversation and didn’t tell about any refund policies exist or not. Then-after, i checked the emails also but they haven’t mentioned about any refund policies of VIP shaadi as this is their ellite service and differ from normal shaadi services. So, i was more curious about my payment and stared checking reviews on ViP shaadi and what i found that so many people have given negative reviews and most of them have written that they are just scammer and they don’t care about the customers money just they give random profiles which already exist.

Moreover, it reminded me another conversation with miss Rupal in which she told me that many profiles you don’t see because they have some system algorithms. So this is cheating with customers that even after paying for diamond membership some profiles we cannot see. To see that one common man has to pay 4-5 times more money of normal for vip membership that i found really wrong.

So with all this negativity, I didn’t feel like going forward with vip membership. So i called them within 1-2 hours that i don’t want vip membership. So, this time another agent name Mr. Arun sharma came into picture and to be honest he was very rude and started shouting like hell. I told him my above mentioned problems and asked for money back. After so many arguments he told me that he gonna put forward my request of refund to management team and call me in 24-48 hours. So i trusted his words.

So next day, the agent name megha is calling me to go forward for vip shaadi. I was so shocked that even after mr arun sharma told that he will forward my request to refund for management team why she is calling me to go forward with vip shaadi. Even Megha’s manager also told me that she will put request to get call from Mr. Arun for my refund. Then i contacted miss rupal and she told me wait for another 24 hours and mr. Sharma gonna call me and i again trusted her words but next day i mean after 48 hours, and no one has called me and i was disappointed.

So I contacted miss Rupal again through whatsapp call, this time she handed call to mr vishal shah another new guy with his techniques and tried me to manipulate me that you paid by your self and they don’t have refund policy. So I told him that why you guys didn’t mention this when you were try to sell service as that time they were just looking to take my hard earned money and I didn’t even have signed on any agreement that acknowledges refund policies of vip shaadi. At the end he was like we don’t refund. Plus shocking point was that he also told me that he will put my refund request on.

So, with all this i got that every one is making fool to me by saying they will put my refund request to management team. They don’t understand that this $600 is someone’s hard earn money and they are just playing around and escaping by saying that they will forward refund request. Infact, miss rupal only said on call that we contact the constumer via US number so that people can pick up the call as NRI people don’t pick up their call if they call from Indian number. So, they will go to any extent to just take out the customer’s hard earned money with their cheap tricks.

So, i have paid $600 even though i had my diamond membership active. Neither, i have not utilized any of vip services nor i want to take this service. They have put my diamond membership profile on hidden so i am that money too. They also have loop holes in management. No one actually call backs within their pre- decided time frame. They just make promises to look good on call and every-time new agent comes. Even after calling 4-5 times, they are not giving my money back. I really think that this is mental harassment and why should customer pay money without utilizing services. Infact, I haven’t contacted them for VIP service. Miss Rupal was calling again and again to go for this service with cheap tricks of calling from USA number. they are even not starting my diamond service which i have paid last month and simply wasting my money. They are just scamming the people with the name of vip shaadi. They are doing fraud to which I don’t want to suffer. Please, help me to get my $600 back.

I would like to direct everyone's towards the fake profiles shaadi.com features, there are more than 70% fake profiles, i can extract an entire long list of atleast 100 fake people as per my partner preferences who deliberatley send me request and use friendly advances, take my phone number and disturb my modesty over the same. Such experiences have happened to me pretty often on shaadi.com. I have been using their service...

Suspect points:

Shared only 1/2 photo with shades

Unwilling to share family details

Keeps his first name hidden in profile

Came to know through a common friend.

He is married. His hometown is Jaipur.

A big time SICK person!

Inspite of complaining to the Support team at Shaadi.com they have kept his profile active.
