by a member from your end
and i had raised a complaint against the concerned ID SH35536818 myself
give me one genuine complaint against me with proof
I was supposed to renew my offer for next month but if you think i am a criminal and need verification for the same then perhaps i need to be on a different matrimonial site
if you wanted my ID in the first place you should have asked for the same
at the time of registration
why now
if you want me to verify my credentials suggest some alternative
no individual will find it comfortable to release such sensitive information online i certainly won't

7 days before I enrolled in shaadi.com matrimonial portal and within 7 days I found that when I am searching bride profiles under Brahmin community and it's showing profiles not belong to my caste.

This is serious scam happening in the site.

Sir my profile Id is SH10597101 and i am paid registered member female on this site called shaadi.com.

these people are deactivating my account for no apparent reason. When inquired they are giving lame false reasons without any proofs.

sir they have many fake profiles of lewd males on their sites and these men are contacting women with no intentions of marriage but just looking for some entertainment and some video call etc.

this iste is selling membership for money to fake profilers and allowing them to do anything with women and plus blocking women..! for tackling the situation.

This site work ethics and style needs to be audited and this site needs to be shut down bcos this site is earning its money from wrong methods.

I enrolled into vip shaadi, which is operated by people interactive on aug 15. I was promised elite services by people interactive. However, i never received suitable profiles that i had discussed with the agent. Additionally, the people interactive team is neither cooperative now communicative. My profile is still visible to everyone and i get tons of random requests. Then, what was the point of enrolling into vip shaadi? This whole program is a scam.
I had already paid for my basic membership. I was told that the money will be refunded to me once i pay for vip shaadi. I never received the money. I'm highly dissatisfied with vip shaadi and would like full refund of $500. I'd like to discontinue my membership. A thorough investigaton and quality assurance check is required on this company.

VIP shaadi is a fraud thing. Before enrolling the membership plan, I was told that a very experienced person will be allocated to handle your profile with best suitable matches and things will be done as per your compatability.
Nd till lockdown its free
But it turns out to be the worst nightmare.
Whole Money is wasted and apart from that they are not even returning or co operating on anything.

Once you get the membership they will deactivate the account

It has been 2 days and shaadi.com has deactivated account which was paid account. Without any confirmation or call or sms or email that deactivated the account.
Earlier to take membership they would call 10 times a day.
Today i called shaadi.com but they told they will revert back in sometimes but there is no reply as yet.

I suggest no one to use shaadi.com as it is a fraud comp which loot our money. This is a fake website who would call for money.

The website Shaadi.com, a matrimonial site shows a huge number of profiles before payment and after that not even a single profile is found.Harrasses many times a day regarding payment of money.Demands government documents from customers and after that blackmails customers.

Team shaddi.com contacted me said to upgraded to their vip services.
I payed all amount $500 for the vip services.
Nothing works for me. The team claims is that will get a 100% match
Once i upgraded.

I am from canada and on april 20th i created profile on shaadi.com thinking to become a member and looking for a serious partner. The moment i created a profile it was deleted without any reason. So i was confused and recreated a new one and again was deleted not knowing u cannot create multiple accounts. I then sent an email to help section asking the reason and guess what i get a standard scripted email u violated t & c read the agreement. So i did read and i said i did not violate nothing so this woman called priyanka atkan sends another email saying u tried creating multiple profiles so cannot reinstate and in order to reinstate she asked for id proof so i did send her my drivers license everything was correct on my id except city as i mentioned on profile toronto cause my id was issued in mississauga as i now live in toronto. So i get an email on april 21 from this woman saying sorry u violated t and c and im v pissed as u people take ids and make fake profiles and put us in trouble. This is not done as u guys dint give me a chance to even rectify my profile nothing.. This os not how u work? I[censored] people dont get this resolved i will for sure take further action.

I have registered the diamond plus - schemes plan in shaadi.com for 6 months. I have paid for the schemes plan and the worst service and we liked he/she was not able to connect us with the same customer. He/she will not be in continous touch with us on working days. When we complained against her poor performance to the customer care even they were not able to help us out with any resolution.

I m not satisfaction of services - poor assistance from the customer care and personal advisory contact - today and tomorrow.

This lady is not at all genuine, a little check on her background revelaed horrible results, multiple relationships. She still has a boyfriend who is a goonda in nagpur. however, continued to be on the matrimonial sites just for the sake for fun and time pass. Her parents are not aware of that. She alwsys threatens people. Helping her are many of her friends from office. Also most things she tells are lies. Infact she has got into a habit of doing this on every matrimonial platforms. Its not only the matrimonial websites, but everyone should take a note of it. You look now her profile is no more on any site. Two facebook profikes she has. Shreya das shreya and dass. She will never tell any details for her family, always hiding.

There is this horrible lady from nagpur/amravati, named shreya das, who keeps opening different profiles across different matrimonial sites and keeps doing rom-com for over a period of time and then would completely vanish. Her number will not be reachable and you will keep thinking what went wrong, or is she alive? Shaadi.com is fine but vip shaadi is big fraud. As soon as i took paid package - people started chasing me to upgrade to vip shaadi. And mr tausif and his manager called me over 20 times harassing to an extent - i was like let me give shot - it can't be that bad. But trust me it shows 0 result. One by himself can get better results on shaadi.com. Never ever upgrade to vip shaadi. It's biggest fraud out there.

Till now their has been 0 acceptance from matches selected by vip consultant.in meantime near 10 acceptances have happened from normal shaadi.com

These people send messages for free advice on kundli or any personal problem. But only give sweet sugestion and ask to pay small payment. And then they take time and tell us that there is big problem and need to pay pay more for further rituals. All this is to grab money. Nothing else. They say they are from ayodhya. That is why we people trust them. They must be banned.
