Hello Sir/ Ma’am,
I am writing this to file against VIP shaadi.
My profile id is 85989663. I had activated diamond membership 3 weeks ago. Then, on 27 Feb 2021, i got call from miss Rupal from vip shaadi to upgrade from diamond to Vip membership. She was like go for vip as we find best match for you. Then i asked for prices, so she was like sir before that let’s see that do they have enough profiles for you or not. I was like ok then she transferred call to mr. Krishna Tiwari and i was told that they have enough profiles to show me so i was like ok let’s try and i paid the amount of $600 immediately.
After hang up, i was thinking about conversation in which first one, when i asked Mr krishna Tiwari that what about Money if i won’t get match in 3 months so he manipulated the conversation and didn’t tell about any refund policies exist or not. Then-after, i checked the emails also but they haven’t mentioned about any refund policies of VIP shaadi as this is their ellite service and differ from normal shaadi services. So, i was more curious about my payment and stared checking reviews on ViP shaadi and what i found that so many people have given negative reviews and most of them have written that they are just scammer and they don’t care about the customers money just they give random profiles which already exist.
Moreover, it reminded me another conversation with miss Rupal in which she told me that many profiles you don’t see because they have some system algorithms. So this is cheating with customers that even after paying for diamond membership some profiles we cannot see. To see that one common man has to pay 4-5 times more money of normal for vip membership that i found really wrong.
So with all this negativity, I didn’t feel like going forward with vip membership. So i called them within 1-2 hours that i don’t want vip membership. So, this time another agent name Mr. Arun sharma came into picture and to be honest he was very rude and started shouting like hell. I told him my above mentioned problems and asked for money back. After so many arguments he told me that he gonna put forward my request of refund to management team and call me in 24-48 hours. So i trusted his words.
So next day, the agent name megha is calling me to go forward for vip shaadi. I was so shocked that even after mr arun sharma told that he will forward my request to refund for management team why she is calling me to go forward with vip shaadi. Even Megha’s manager also told me that she will put request to get call from Mr. Arun for my refund. Then i contacted miss rupal and she told me wait for another 24 hours and mr. Sharma gonna call me and i again trusted her words but next day i mean after 48 hours, and no one has called me and i was disappointed.
So I contacted miss Rupal again through whatsapp call, this time she handed call to mr vishal shah another new guy with his techniques and tried me to manipulate me that you paid by your self and they don’t have refund policy. So I told him that why you guys didn’t mention this when you were try to sell service as that time they were just looking to take my hard earned money and I didn’t even have signed on any agreement that acknowledges refund policies of vip shaadi. At the end he was like we don’t refund. Plus shocking point was that he also told me that he will put my refund request on.
So, with all this i got that every one is making fool to me by saying they will put my refund request to management team. They don’t understand that this $600 is someone’s hard earn money and they are just playing around and escaping by saying that they will forward refund request. Infact, miss rupal only said on call that we contact the constumer via US number so that people can pick up the call as NRI people don’t pick up their call if they call from Indian number. So, they will go to any extent to just take out the customer’s hard earned money with their cheap tricks.
So, i have paid $600 even though i had my diamond membership active. Neither, i have not utilized any of vip services nor i want to take this service. They have put my diamond membership profile on hidden so i am that money too. They also have loop holes in management. No one actually call backs within their pre- decided time frame. They just make promises to look good on call and every-time new agent comes. Even after calling 4-5 times, they are not giving my money back. I really think that this is mental harassment and why should customer pay money without utilizing services. Infact, I haven’t contacted them for VIP service. Miss Rupal was calling again and again to go for this service with cheap tricks of calling from USA number. they are even not starting my diamond service which i have paid last month and simply wasting my money. They are just scamming the people with the name of vip shaadi. They are doing fraud to which I don’t want to suffer. Please, help me to get my $600 back.

Updated by dhaval4433 After i have registered the complaint on 4 march, i received email from vip shaadi on 5th march that they called me and phone was ringing and I didn’t answered. They are lying because I haven’t received any call from them since 4th march. Moreover, i just received one call on 3rd march which i answered and asked them to call me later as i was at work.
In short, there is no such call that i have not answered. they are totally lying and sending me false emails to create false record against me. Here, i am attaching picture of their false email also.
Please, take pro-active steps to stop this scammers.
