We were offered select shaadi package for 12months for 10000repuees. We spoke to sales executives to confirm if it's for 12months n 10k. We were confirmed hence we went a head. But after 3 months it was blocked. During this whole three months non called up or gave kind oof service. When we enquired we were told it was for only 3 months. We complain about that person who duped us but nothing was done. Hence it's my request not to opt for any matrimonial website, they are playing with our emotions.

First of all they people calls you to take this service explain you all goody things ..
Then pressurising you for the payment ..
After everyone hour you will receive a call to do payment amd after you make the payment
Start ready for chasing them and pissing your life

Money waste by this site All are frauds no one is good please I suggest you don't take a membership in shaadi.com. I will take legal action against shaadi.com. I will you in court. Money waste site please don't use it all are waste fellow I just wanted my amount should be refund otherwise I will do something very serious please solve as early as possible understand

I am not at all happy with the services. We have given money after having assurances of match up. Have one assigned person and still does not getting any response is not acceptable.

Please speed up services and work. We asked for callbacks from senior and still we have not got any callback. If this is how it is going to happen. We should get refund as nothing is happening.

They are not sending it most of the time they are purposely sending without photos and repeating the same members, i think they are frauds and they called me and threaten me that they will close my account, pl do needful to resolve this matter

These pathetic # should be thrown in jail!! Asking for government id picture and then deactivating your account?!?! I have heard complaints from other people too now, how disgusting that you are using your website to steal people’s identity rather than what the site is meant for!!! What a low and disgusting thing to do!!! People are on the site in the hopes of finding a suitable marriage partner. Why is no action being taken against these scam artists???

Newly opened toll plaza near bagdoga durgapur west bengal. The working people are too much lazy and the take time of more than 2min for collecting toll from single vehicle. Please try to improve these service as soon as possible. They talk among each other without looking at the toll plaza line where there is minimum of 6 vehicle standing in queue. Time taken to cross these this toll plaza is minimum 10 minutes.

I am 32 yrs old and I met a man through Shaadi.com who looked and behaved as Gentleman. When I saw him, I rejected him on the spot but he kept on calling me that I am very much interested in you, let us spent sometime and then we will get married.We started meeting and somehow I was mentally convinced by him and inclined.He was the father of 17 yrs old son and I was ready to accept him.His age was 53 which later on I discovered as he had mentioned as 41. I inclined towards him and we dated for 2 years. At the beginning he said that we will understand for a one year and then we will get married and I was agreed on this point. After one year, when I started asking him to get married then he started lingering on and later on he said that he only wants a Live in Partner and don't want to marry.Before me also, he met some females and did the same. I was very upset. He then started ignoring me because I always insisted him to marry.I was honest with him and tempted by his intelligence not money.I told him to give all his property to his son as I wanted only him as I my love but he was lingering on the time.I was very much depressed with his act that I tried to commit suicide. I cried like a hell with a regret that what I had done, why I trusted him as I am divorced and have had been through a severe critical past and again this thing happened with me.It made me totally broken then I decided to expose him for which I have mentioned the whole story above.

This man kunal joshi is not out of the scamming & cheating women on matrimony websites. He uses different names, phone numbers & pictures at any cost don’t give one single penny to that #. I am attaching his different pictures he is using to fool women pls have a look that # uses different models to convince you don’t trust him. If you trust him and him fabricated stories think you are gone in drain. Even if he forwards you his passport or any documents just don’t trust that lair, everything is fake

Beware of this thief and robber. He loots women by different names, fabricated passport & id cards. He is a nigerian, but exchanges pictures of indian men. He is totally a fraud. There is a lady with him too, he asks you to deposit money in hdfc & icici bank and there are few fake companies holding accounts in these banks. He gives serious reasons of he being in problem and promises to return your money once he is out of his situations pls don’t trust and she’ll even one penny to this #. He is a big fraud who lives on women’s money. He is cheating many since 2015 and he just changes pictures. Pls don’t get carried by his picture because behind those pictures is a nigerian man cheating you. He starts with 1000 usd and then goes on bringing up complicated problems and his demand increases. He only communicates with you through vpn calls from some remote area and never faces the camera or video calls. He first communicates with you for 2 weeks on regular basis and once that slight trust is built he starts his drama. This same guys pics is posted in 2015 scamsters on shaadi. His documents are all fabricated so pls pls don’t trust him.

This person girls is a total scammers and a thief who robs women by giving different reasons. He operates through a vpn calls - +[protected], [protected], he will trap you and ask for huge money. Also he will share his passport, id card and fake addresses to win your confidence. Don’t trust this # at any cost. I am attaching his pictures with this message. Pls don’t trust he is a lair, scammer and he has a lady with him who is a part of this game. He is cheating women since 2015 by different names and the new photo since few months are attached here too. He is a nigerian and says he is hindu and a doctor where are that # cannot write or talk proper english. This is an extremely low standards fraud website that scams money from consumers by posting false profiles & spreading fraud contact in the interest sent. After the fact, the owner himself hides the mishaps by cancelling the sign in (Non-existent) & falsely complaining to credit card companies about his own original mishaps.
This website accepts fraud payments from stolen credit cards depicting a spanish woman with a full muslim name as a sikh. This website is anti-sikh, anti-pakistani, & anti-global (It is only for south india as it is located in mumbai). The website has nothing to do with dating or sex, but it is for extended families to get together for tea. Complaints against this website need to be placed with law enforcement agencies in non-corrupt countries for investigation purposes for their local citizens.
This website begged me to mail cash to mumbai for the cash to be scammed & they don't want to chat about any fraud accounts or mention any safety regarding these fraud/fake accounts posted daily by chat measures communication. This thing is non-sense and it has no success whatsoever, but it is for parents or relatives basically, not for individual purposes. This website does not believe in a united india, however, it promotes separatism in any way, shape, or form. The owner is the servant of very smart west africans & every profile on this site is a fake in any way, shape, or form.
Please never create any account on this website & never type shaadi.com to reach it. Stay away from these people including the owner & his employees of this non-sense named shaadi.com from mumbai! It is anti-north american, plus it would never even reach the villages of india, because it is not even relevant to india either, because this is not how a marriage happens in india (Newspapers ads is how a marriage happens in india), unless they want to carve something out. Shaadi.com believes in crime & the owner is a criminal in which his own boss would fire him if the boss found out what is going on exactly with this non-sense from mumbai.
Shaadi.com has no real office and has no phone number outside of india.
It is of very poor standards and it is for the africa continent basically to scam east-indian descent folks. Get this non-sense out of your life and avoid it by any cost.
Reason of review: poor customer service.

When one of my friends complained that his profile was randomly deleted by shaadi.com- I laughed at him and teased him that he must have misbehaved in some manner. But today when my profile was suddenly deleted I was aghast and felt thoroughly insulted.

Two days back the profile was up- its been up from last 4 months or so. But suddenly today, when I logged in, the profile, was gone- deleted for "purportedly violation of terms...

I did get repeated popups and mail for a call back on vip shaadi.com. Since feb 2018, i did a request for a call back for 3-4 times and these lazy vip people did not felt like a call? Are you not ashamed for running fake propaganda or making false promises to your customer?

One simple question - how do you ensure your customer that after charging (Or grabbing?) their money you will provide good services?

You have shown your services even without doing a call back!!

This complaint is regarding shaadi.com providing a service for the wrong part of the world or wrong ethnicity. The most shaming thing in my opinion is that indian society especially women have no interest in excessive intercourse or dont know how to properly have it from herself doing it, and the only concern of the vast majority of shaadi.com users is a union of parents and families including siblings/grandparents. All of this is very depressing...

Since it is a matter of marriage of my daughter, i would like to maintain confidentiality of this matter and not make it public. But i would be obliged if you can provide me help on this matter

I subscribed for a premium service for match finding for my daughter and paid 15, 500.00 through online payment. It was offered that a personalised service will be offered based on the match finding criteria agreed before i made the payment. It was assured that the premium service will be served for 3 months, but within a week of making the payment the service department of the company informed that they cannot as they do not have profile meeting the agreed criteria. When i requested for a refund, the response was that they do not have policy of refunding the money but can offer me another service against the paid money for which i am not interested. The company do not have ethics value and are cheating people on such sensitive issue where the parents are trying to find suitable match for their child.
