Made an order No. PJI[protected] on 27 Aug 22.
They dispatched it through ECOM EXPRESS vide tracking NO. [protected]
But on 12 Sep 222, it was showing out for delivery and after that showing status cancelled in ecom express portal ( https://ecomexpress.in/) and not delivered. I managed to contact ECOM express and they said it returned due to shortage of manpower
Customer care no pepe is not reachable and send many mails to them but still not getting any response. Wanted to get the delivery of the item ordered.
Pepe - Complaint request: 8133 - auto response recd. But they have not responded with any solution till date.
