I've ordered pair of jackets and a tshirt and I have sent a request to return one jacket and a tshirt, at the time of return I am not available and the delivery partner said you can cancel the order and again return the order so I've decided to cancel the return and again I've tried to return in the website but it's showing that return request is terminated and I am not able to select the return option for that order

I have ordered a shirt on 23rd Oct, 2023. Until yesterday the parcel was in Transit. But Today, When I tried to track it, it showed the parcel has been returned. But I didn't return the parcel.I have mailed to their customer care, but no response.Its prepaid.

I have purchased a ladies jeans from Ajio in mar'23 and in jun'23 I noticed jeans is getting tirn may be due to excessive acid wash done on jeans while making. This is weird how come a branded jeans is getting torn in just 3-4 months and with casual usages....

The product was shown something else and delivered something else. I had requested to return the product and refund my money

The delivery guy cam for pick up but he said the the number is not matching as per the record, hence refused to take it back

I had purchased some Shirts/Polos from Pepe jeans India official website (https://www.pepejeans.in/) on 22nd April 2023 (Order No. PJI[protected].

Unfortunately, the size of shirts was smaller than expected and I had to raise the return for the same. It's been a month since I raised return (28th April 2023) but the items are still with me, and the amount is not refunded yet to me.

I purchased a pair of jeans and have washed it just twice. Now I can spot 2 holes near the front belt loop. This is very bad, we go for established brands believing to have a good sustainable life of the garments and this is what we are being sold.

I am extremely disappointed that two items are missing from order and made a complaint to customer care as suggested by pepejeans customer executive...

Tore of jeans within 3rd use...

Jeans purchase when I wear it for 1st time the peace of pepe jeans is Sst or defect material. Please change it or give me my money back to me...

Fittings is not ready...

Pepejeans.in is managed by ### and they never listen after taking out money.

Made an order No. PJI[protected] on 27 Aug 22.
They dispatched it through ECOM EXPRESS vide tracking NO. [protected]
But on 12 Sep 222, it was showing out for delivery and after that showing status cancelled in ecom express portal ( https://ecomexpress.in/) and not delivered. I managed to contact ECOM express and they said it returned due to shortage of manpower

Customer care no pepe is not reachable and send...

I bought my women's Pepe jeans jeans in the 3rd week of July 2022, in a single wash the fabric got loose. We buy branded jeans so that we don't have to face fabric problem or fitting problem or etc...but after buying these jeans from Pepe jeans I'm regretting...they need to check on the quality they are providing such a big brand with these quality really feels pity....

My friend gifted me Pepe jeans leather jacket 1yr back for my birthday..I hardly used this jacket 5-6 times..now the leather is getting torn off..since it is a Pepe jeans I thought it will give good durability...it didn't even last for a year..very disappointing with the brand..I am attaching the photo of the jacket.. kindly replace the item with a good quality one.
