I've ordered pair of jackets and a tshirt and I have sent a request to return one jacket and a tshirt, at the time of return I am not available and the delivery partner said you can cancel the order and again return the order so I've decided to cancel the return and again I've tried to return in the website but it's showing that return request is terminated and I am not able to select the return option for that order

I have purchased a ladies jeans from Ajio in mar'23 and in jun'23 I noticed jeans is getting tirn may be due to excessive acid wash done on jeans while making. This is weird how come a branded jeans is getting torn in just 3-4 months and with casual usages.

The product was shown something else and delivered something else. I had requested to return the product and refund my money

The delivery guy cam for pick up but he said the the number is not matching as per the record, hence refused to take it back

I had purchased some Shirts/Polos from Pepe jeans India official website (https://www.pepejeans.in/) on 22nd April 2023 (Order No. PJI[protected].

Unfortunately, the size of shirts was smaller than expected and I had to raise the return for the same. It's been a month since I raised return (28th April 2023) but the items are still with me, and the amount is not refunded yet to me.

After multiple calls and emails to customer care and making them understand the scenario, they aren't providing the correct solution to me.

I purchased a pair of jeans and have washed it just twice. Now I can spot 2 holes near the front belt loop. This is very bad, we go for established brands believing to have a good sustainable life of the garments and this is what we are being sold.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I buy my jeans from Pepe Jeans showroom only. Last year I brought 2 pair of jeans one deep blue and another black color the costliest one around 5 k each pc cost as far as I remember from south city store in Kolkata. Wore it approx. 3 times whenever I wore, I give it to good dry cleaners from the first wash I remember the color was fading out, but after a third wash the black color changed to grey color.
I was totally surprised by the action. Now what to do now, the jeans are of no use now as color is totally changed. So costly item and this is the result. If the cost was less or non-renowned brand, I shouldn’t have mailed it.

I had ordered KINGSMAN PURE LINEN SHIRT, SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT green, and SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow from https://www.pepejeans.in/ on 15/12/2022 (Order number: PJI[protected]. The order was delivered on 20/12/2022, but only received SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow.

I am extremely disappointed that two items are missing from order and made a complaint to customer care as suggested by pepejeans customer executive over call. The ticket was raised from their end (#13735) but no updates afterwards.
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation, pictures of product package as received for your reference. As you can see, all three items were listed and charged on my invoice.

Made an order No. PJI[protected] on 27 Aug 22.
They dispatched it through ECOM EXPRESS vide tracking NO. [protected]
But on 12 Sep 222, it was showing out for delivery and after that showing status cancelled in ecom express portal ( https://ecomexpress.in/) and not delivered. I managed to contact ECOM express and they said it returned due to shortage of manpower

Customer care no pepe is not reachable and send many mails to them but still not getting any response. Wanted to get the delivery of the item ordered.
Pepe - Complaint request: 8133 - auto response recd. But they have not responded with any solution till date.
