I had ordered KINGSMAN PURE LINEN SHIRT, SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT green, and SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow from https://www.pepejeans.in/ on 15/12/2022 (Order number: PJI[protected]. The order was delivered on 20/12/2022, but only received SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow.
I am extremely disappointed that two items are missing from order and made a complaint to customer care as suggested by pepejeans customer executive over call. The ticket was raised from their end (#13735) but no updates afterwards.
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation, pictures of product package as received for your reference. As you can see, all three items were listed and charged on my invoice. Was this information helpful? |
