Pepe Jeans India — Missing items in order

I had ordered KINGSMAN PURE LINEN SHIRT, SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT green, and SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow from https://www.pepejeans.in/ on 15/12/2022 (Order number: PJI[protected]. The order was delivered on 20/12/2022, but only received SPEDO LS 100% LINEN SHIRT Yellow.

I am extremely disappointed that two items are missing from order and made a complaint to customer care as suggested by pepejeans customer executive over call. The ticket was raised from their end (#13735) but no updates afterwards.
I have attached a copy of my order confirmation, pictures of product package as received for your reference. As you can see, all three items were listed and charged on my invoice.
