Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories The issue that I have experienced was: I have purchased 3 clothes (50% sale) from Pepe Jeans (Mangalam Clothing), Trilium Mall, Nagpur on 20th Aug 21 of Rs.3149 (Bill has been attached for reference) The size was little short so I went to Pepe Jeans (Fashion Forecast), GVK One Mall, Hyderabad to exchange the clothes but unfortunately they didn't had the same articles so they have asked me to get new articles from the sale material, then I have picked up 3 different articles from the sale. The total amount of 1st Bill is Rs.6297 but it was on 50% sale so I paid them 3149 & The total amount of 2nd Bill is Rs.7197 The difference was Rs.900 So technically I had to pay them Rs.450 because 50% sale was there but unfortunately they have charged me the same Rs.900 I asked the same to the store manager but he was like you are exchanging the articles so we won't give you any discount. It occurred on: 29/08/2021 I just want my extra amount which I have paid to the store. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
