Hi,

I brought 2 pape jeans (Blue color) from pape outlet in empress city mall nagpur 440018,

From first wash the color of jeans is going everytime and jeans color is fade now.

I bought jeans just 2 months before on 28 march, and i am not expecting this type of issue if i bought branded jeans by paying 2500 for each.

I am living in mumbai now and its difficult for me to go to nagpur and visit outlet and submit complaint, request you to do the needful

I had bought a tshirt of light pink color with blue collars last month. After first wash, the tshirt has blue patches all over. I had given a handwash to the tshirt and had taken utmost care owing to the light colour of the tshirt. It is disheartening to have such an experience, considering the brand.
