Shopping done at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telanagana State, Store on 20/10/2015, The bill No: [protected].
On the Purchase of 3, 999/- rs and above on women's shopping there is an offer to get a Free Clutch product. The below are the details of my shopping;
1) Stock No: [protected] Unit MRP: 1799.00
2) Stock No: [protected] Unit MRP: 2399.00
The total bill amount is: 4, 198.00
I had visited nearly 5 times from the date of purchasing and my last visit to the store is been taken on 18th Nov 2015 at evening Hours, The store manager still says some stories that the clutches are on the way from Mumbai, later just spoken with the Senior staff in regard and the latest story been told to me is they are getting the clutches from dilsukhnagar store and it might take 1 day, or 2 days or may be a week..
I am bit surprised to hear to his lie on my last visit to the store, as how many days it might can get it from store to store in the same city (It hardly takes an hour from dilsukhnagar area to jubille hills area)
When a International Brand cannot full fill the requirements of there customers in the first place, why do they have to come up with offers and fooling around with there customers and wasting the valuable time of the customers!!
I kindly request the board of this consumer complaints department to look into this issue and take an action against the Pepe Jeans Brand, so that in future no other customer would have to go through such kind of issues in future.
