Pepe Jeans India — wrong information shared by seller

I have purchased 4 pepe jeans jackets from plot no 1388, shop 2, goverdhan road, mathura in an offer that i have to pay only for maximum 2. I have purchased worth of 13000/- 4 jackets. Out of 4 jackets i only selected 2 jackets. For 2 jacketes i told them i need to purchase for my brother so they told i can take any 2 and they will later exchange those when my brother will come. When i go to exchange my jackets on same day. They told offer can not be applied on exchange items. I have to pay difference of exchange item. While he told me that offer will be applied on exchange items as well.

Shop owner behaviour was very rude and even he start fighting with me. Worst experience i have ever faced from any reputed brand.

While taking money they give false promise but when we go to exchange they behave like we (Pepe jean) take money now they don't know who we are.
