Order ID 981030, placed at 11.37 am on Oct 7, related to this order i had complained on refund of my payment, which was their system fault, company is not processing the same, they have verbally promised compensation on a recorded call, which they are not providing.multiple follow ups with customer care, seniors is not helping me out, not a single reply was given as per committed timelines.
