I placed an order on peppertap on 24th april 2016. The order no. Is 2662280.
They cancelled the order and i have not received the refund, or any status update on the same.

The order was placed around 8 pm. And the cancellation was because the company was closing. They said that they will take necessary action, but nothing has been done from their side regarding the issue even after two weeks. Neither i have been contacted about the ongoing process or given any info. When i try to call their customer support, the number does not connect. So i am at loss here on what to do.

Ordered some groceries in the name of Manish Manohar, wide order number 2662518 on 25th April 2016, but items were not delivered and informed that We (Peppertap) are changing the business and is not able to deliver the items. I asked the cancellation of my order on 26th April, which was cancelled also but till now I didn't receive the amount. Kindly look in this matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

I have earned 2600 peppercash via peppertap referral programme but when I contacted them to resolve the operational issues in my area they did remove all the peppercash from my account
After calling several times to cc I did not receive a proper resolution
As per terms of conditions peppercash never expires

I want my peppercash back or refund to bank before they close the company i.e. 30th april 2016

I placed the above-mentioned order at around 7 pm and got a confirmation about delivery by 10 pm in the night same day. Later got a message from peppertap around 8 that their executive have acquired the products and is on the way to deliver. I kept waiting till 11 pm but no one came to deliver. Later, the same night when i checked the order status on the peppertap app - it showed delivered. Upon contacting the peppertap customer care via their chat app, no response came through. I went on to check with my neighbours at 11 pm night if they have mistakenly received my order. Its around 4 pm on 07th april (The next day), still i have not recieved the order. Upon contacting the customer care via chat again, they just kept saying that they are checking.Initially they said, it will be delivered by 1 pm, but its around 4 pm now.. Still i am waiting. No clear communication from peppertap. No sympathy or sense o[censored]rgency from the company. This is disgusting.

Order id 2536085.i have ordered on 22nd march.but at that time they said they don't have stock thats why i have cancelled my order.I paid the money through paytm. From that day i keep on checking my paytm wallet but money is not refunded till now.i want to order grocery but the money is not refunded how can i trust this company to order next time.And please refund my money as soon as possible.

Some pepertap employees Campaign their in south Delhi and he was saying i[censored] buy above 250 amount u can get 2.item free from us which 1 kg rice and 1 water bottle but still 2 days from delivery their is nothing I get free I complain on papertap customer care their is no response . They are missguiding customers wid fake promises

They have offered Rs 500 Cashback on shopping of Rs 2000 cumulative orders from 23rd to 29th February 2016.
I had made 04 orders worth Rs 2003 and used FEB500 on every order. I have made all the payments thru debit card so I have all the records of payment amount.
The cashback of rs 500 will be credited by 1st of March 2016, which was not made, I have talked with their customer support so they told that it is in process as due to heavy rush it is taking a time in settling down.
On 07th March 2016 I have again called them up and understand from one of their executive that we have used coupon code on 3 orders worth of Rs 1489. Then while chatting with their customer support I understand how they people cheated their customers. He said yes I have used coupon code in all 4 orders but the worth is Rs 1997. Which they have did they have reduced the value of my payment by 4 Rs. But I had a proof of payment of Rs 490 as I did online payment and after then they are just lying
They people are just making fool with these kind of offers

I placed my ordee on 5 th march it was showing that it will be delievered by 09:50p.m. of 5 th march.Now it is 6 march and time is 12:23 p.m. I have not got my order uptil.

I have ordered groceries and other household needs twice and both the times there has been non-delivery of the products.

on this date in the evening I received a message stating that the shopkeeper has acquired my order and will soon be delivered but the delivery never took place. Then i called the customer care of the company and asked about the delivery of my product. the operator told me that due to some missing products the delivery cannot be done but they portrayed the whole non-delivery as my fault and told that my argument was irrelevant.

on the above date they delivered the wrong items on my doorstep and I asked them to deliver my products. after waiting for 2 hours i called the delivery boy to enquire about the order so he asked me to reschedule the delivery time which i did. but the delivery has not yet done.
these acts of the co. are very unprofessional and humiliating.

I had order Grocery from peppertap on 21th feb 2016 and i selected the time 9'0 clock but it has not been delivered yet . Order number is 2404547, , Please solve my problem and give my grocery shortly and my registered contact no. with your website is [protected]. Please reach me on [protected]...

I placed my order at 7PM (Order ID[protected] for which online payment was done and after 2 and half hour (9:26 PM) I received call saying that address is incorrect therefore delivery will be done in the morning but the address was same and I had also ordered from them earlier on the same address. Pepper Tap made different excuses for the delay which were inaccurate. Moreover they blamed me for putting wrong address, which was not true and no one gave proper response. I called 5 times at the costumer care number and after that I was payed a little attention. They told me 4-5 times that someone will call from their side to resolve the matter but no one did. After huge hustle someone from their side and said all they can do to help is they will deliver the items in morning. Very unethical behavior of the employees and worst was their attempt to blame me for everything when actually they have bad service and are have irresponsible behavior. I will take a strong action on this matter and will not let this issue rest easy.

First of all this so-called company has occupied a residential property for their business, without understanding the inconvenience it will cause the neighbours.From morning 9 to late night 12 am, 1am, 2am, it is only crowded with men..cheap men laughing standing outside, staring cheaply at all passing by passing comments, shouting, throwing cigarettes on d street, spitting, roaming around d street during free time like loafers, screaming singing celebrating birthdays, parking their 2-wheelers all around the street etc.
PepperTap, you do not understand the amount of terrible inconvenience n serious problem it is causing the neighbours.The uncomfortable-feeling it is causing to the ladies on the street. Each guy working there deserves to be beaten black n blue with chappal for their cheap behaviour.Country talks about women safety, but with like these men standing and roaming all around the street, where is the safety? The owner of the house is a complete, senseless, money-minded jerky old man.
Before the people residing in this area themselves throw these cheap jerks out of this area, we
request you to please shut down this sales office and shift it to some non-resedential area keeping in mind the safety, dignity of the people, dignity of your employees and the good reputation, which you are trying to build in the market,

Wow... Simply blown away! Ordered 14 items in my order id - 1926544 And guess the statistics: 1. 6 items the price charged was 1.5 to 2 times the mrp I have never cared to check the prices but when i did today, i was amazed at the cheating that you people are doing: Rajma - mrp rs. 47, paid rs. 85 Pears - mrp rs 40, paid rs.59 Urad daal - mrp rs. 68, charged rs. 95 And so on : (2. 2 items were wrong, ordered black chana, got something black daal. (Black was common) 3, and 1 item was missing (Walnuts) And to add to my pleasure, all this was discovered by me by chance; i as per the delivery boy, everything was in perfect condition and he was about to leave. Guys, is this really the experience that you want the customer to have? I am disgusted at your service. Pathetic!

Order no.1844661, placed on[protected] ws suppose to delivered by today 12 pm. But it's 5pm n product is stil undelivered. Now the com message us tht due to heavy demands the product is not available. And automatically deducted amount for undelivered product from our account .

My registered mob. No at pepper tap is [protected], pepper tap deducted RS. 610 rupees from my account on 4th november, 610 rupees is a very very big amount for me specially for a student like me, , and also they are not refunding my amount, after complaining and sending emails so many times. They are agen and agen making excuses.. I m fed up of, now who will gonna pay RS. 610, its a huge amount. My mob. No is [protected], my latest order in which i have to pay the delivery charge of RS. 10 has been delivered to somebody else.in the application it is reflecting me that order has been delivered, nor the delivery boy came to my home neither he called me, then how can he delivered the order so somebody else, i am highly dissapointed from the pper tap services. Really worst experience, i will not do shopping from pepper tap again..

I placed an order no 1617173 and after that called the company to check that when will I receive my product they told me that within next 2 hours. When I have not received my products and it showed me delivered I immediately called and send an email to them. They told me wait for 24 hours time they are looking into it but nothing happened. I send many emails which were never replied by the company. After making so many calls every day they told me that you will receive a call from the person who delivered the product I said okay. I received a call and that person said I delivered the product on the road not at home someone came on black pulsar and picked up the items. I asked him who was that do you have his Bike number and Id proof no when you delivered the items you always toke those details. He said no did not ask for anything that person only one contact number he have when I asked him provide me the number he gave me the contact number which is never ever able to contact. Papertap doing the scam activity they took the money anever delivered the product. I was promised for so many calls back but I never received any call from them. How they can provide the license to company who are doing the scam with the people, I did a mistake before reading their reviews I placed an order.

I have place an order with order id 1483897, on 27, oct 2015 but it is not delivered till now. Also i was unable to cancel the order right now as it showing delivering

Order ID 981030, placed at 11.37 am on Oct 7, related to this order i had complained on refund of my payment, which was their system fault, company is not processing the same, they have verbally promised compensation on a recorded call, which they are not providing.multiple follow ups with customer care, seniors is not helping me out, not a single reply was given as per committed timelines. I have provided enough proofs to them through scanned copies and email statements. Kindly help, detailed case details will be presented to you.

I have ordered few items by making payments online and got very late delivery and top of that some items were missing. Delivery boy told that items were not available and he'll give those items next day morning but he didn't turn up. I kept on calling the customer care and the delivery boy and have told that the problem will get resolve in 24 hours but still pending. I've spend rs. 50 on calling so this is all seems unreliable and frustrating. We are spending money on calling them for small problems that doesn't make sense at all bcz we end up spending more money than we spend buying from local shops or vendors.

All i want to say if we think that we will do something good or we will provide some service to others so it should be with full commitment. Should not take for granted bcz if you are saying that you are giving a good service then it should be like one. Because a single customer is valuable for you.
