[Resolved]  Pepperfry — cash back scam from pepperfry

We have ordered a sofa set in pepperfry.com for an amount of Rs.56278/- in which they have mentioned Rs.10000/- will be credit back to our wallet as cash back and that amount can be utilized for other purchases in pepperfry.com. We have received the cash back after 3 days of our order but the validity they have given as 10 days. Now they were saying that we can use only 25% of the cash back amount for each order, So if We need to utilize this Rs.10, 000/- we need to purchase 4 more items from pepperfry.com. This 25% eligibility is not mentioned any where when we purchase the item, also we have approached the customer care people to cancel the order as this seems to be scam and they were simply saying that we cannot cancel the order. So here either I have to 4 more products from pepperfry.com or loose that Rs.10000/- this is not at a fair. We would like to cancel the order only because of this, Could you please help us in getting our order cancel and we get our amount back.
